The Cobra Viper Commando has the same body as the Neo-Viper but with a few different paint apps and armor. The armor on Cobra Viper Commando is a purple hued silver color to denote the difference between the commando and the regular Neo-Vipers. His armor is also different from the regular troops, the chest looks kind of like the underside of a Turtle and is organic looking. He also has armored shoulder pads which are made of soft rubber so as not to interfere with the arm movement. His head has a different detail on the mouth and looks kinda like the mouth has been rotted and fused at the same time. He has a removable belt with a holster for his pistol. The Cobra Viper Commando’s backpack is one of the coolest backpacks I’ve seen in a while. It has a space for the ice pick like weapon the Commando comes with but it also features the same grappling hook that comes with the Baroness but the backpack has a winch for the string to roll into it and it has a peg to store the grappling hook on. Just be careful about fully unspooling the hook as mine became completely unattached after unspooling it the second time. Cobra Viper Commando comes with a Pistol, Knife, Backpack with Grappling Hook, Rifle, Missile Launcher with Missile, removable Belt, removable Vest and Stand.
This figure is a solid figure with great movement and some awesome weapons. The rifle falls a little short as it’s pretty big and bulky though. The Missile Launcher is almost the exact same as the one that comes with Zartan only it’s silver instead of blue now and a few minor details on the side are slightly different. The missile, however, is exactly same as Zartan’s. The backpack is sure to please everyone even if the figure itself can’t.

I got one of him to go with the Neo-Vipers and gave him Zartan's swords. He looks very crazy and there is absolutely no mistaking that this trooper is with the bad guys. I look forward to more variations to the RoC Vipers.
