G.I. Joe Retaliation 3D Debuts With Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D

bummer, went to the thurs. late night show, no gi joe or 3d trailers. tcm 3d was SUPER terrible. real, real bad.

I wonder if I can go and just see the trailer like people did back when Phantom Menace came out...
was it bad 3D like throwing stuff at the audience 3D? I hate that kind of 3D. wait... don't tell me I don't want to know.

I will report back with images if I can. I was going to go to the movies today anyway, now I get to pay $12 to watch a trailer and walk out.

Just watch the trailers in TCM, then walk out to another movie at the same time that's good like Silver Lining's Playbook or Parental Guidance.

Agreed, I'll probably do that next week when I watch Zero Dark Thirty. Then again I have no intention of watch Retaliation in 3D, so I could care less. Probably the same trailer I saw on Jack Reacher anyway.

How could you not know that TCM was going to be horrible? It's a rebooted/remake like everything else out there. I'll be surprise if it makes 20 million this weekend. All newly released movies in the first week of the year bomb, badly.

Is the trailer totally new or the same one that was released a month ago?

I am gonna go see it today in 2d, so I will pay cheap matinee prices and see a bad movie. It's a movie about a cannibal on a rampage with a chainsaw! There is no plot or anything... IT'S NOT OUT FOR ANY ACADEMY AWARDS!!! It's just a cheesy movie that I am gonna go see!!

i know, i know, but i actually had a shred of hope for this one- ties into the first one, bill moseley, tobe hooper's involvement, the leatherface looked decent, chasing kids around a fully lit up public amusement park- all these positives added up to a frustrating mess of a turd of movie. just bah! terrible.

Head-Cheesy, i believe is the term your looking for.

U can spend the $12 and then walk out and get your money back you know.

I thought it was a good movie overall. It stayed close to the original and they are all about the family. I was not real impressed with the ending and there is not a real way to spin a sequel off from this. It coulda been better and I am so glad I missed the 3D part because that woulda been a waste of money!

As far as I know it's a totally new trailer. Tons of scenes
That weren't in the previous ones...Zartan/pres reveal, full body Cobra Commander action/walking shots, a bunch more Bruce
Willis and Channing speaking stuff...trailer was actually really good!

So far it just sounds like the December trailer Yahoo! Movies posted.

TCM? In 3D? Hasn't been scary since, well, ever....

Last scary movie I saw was a documentary on Chernobyl.

if you mean horror movies, i'll have to disagree- 'the devil's rejects' and 'drag me to hell' are both great. and if you really mean to say that every movie made since 1999 has been terrible, well, that's just crazy talk.

classic example of (we spent so much money on this movie and it looks like cheesy crap , lets make it 3D and maybe we can make some of the money back we spent on this turd" wait?, that sounds like the g i joe movie!

i believe it was shot in 3-d in the first place. either way, the number of dimensions is the least of this movie's problems.

ill take it back, all movies suck.. movies by no means draw any attention to me.

devils rejects has the same stupid "ha ha humor " that any and every suck movie has . what makes it stand out from the crowd? that they kidnapped and assaulted a woman in a motel?

i am sure, only people that have never had a loved one kidnapped and or raped would enjoy such a movie

well, that'll pretty much end the movie conversation.

Everyone in my family has been raped or kidnapped and I can still enjoy movies. You need to stop taking it personally.
