HISS Tank boards member tycondrius has posted an early review of his recently acquired Jungle Assault Snake Eyes from GI Joe Pursuit Of Cobra Wave 2. This figure will be released later this fall, and was noticeably absent from both Toy Fair 2010 & JoeCon 2010.
Multiple samples turned up on overseas auctions in the last few weeks. Is it a figure worth picking up? Hit the title bar for more info!
The figure features the return of Action Attack, with a Tornado Kick gimmick. In doing so, the mid-body articulation has been removed. It does have waist articulation, due to the gimmick implementation. The button to trigger the Tornado Kick gimmick is hidden when the armored vest is on.
*Note that the sample reviewed may not be complete*

ok folks here he is in battle armor goodness the ninja master of the joe team .
as you can see his torso is unique as it has not upper waist movement. buts that is because it does a spinning kick like motion when you twist the body counterclockwise and the click the button under the left arm just a lil bit above the waist. its well hidden too making it better for dio.shots. plus the waist does move. just not in the same place as the regular 25th molds.the wrist armor is not removable but doesn't realy hinder the range of movment with the arms.
as I got this from ebay I don't think the weapon load out is complete I think the small baton like weapons are meant to have a metal chain linking them like POC stormshadows over all a solid 5/5 in my book even with the gimmicky action feature

Hmmm. I wonder if the construction will have problems with torso poping for customs?

Looks great! Thank you for the review and pics! I like the look of the chest with the swivel articulation at the waist! I'm also getting a Kamakura vibe from his arms and legs. I think I'll do a head swap, get rid of the chest armor and replace it with something ninja-like and then I'll have myself a PoC Kamakura!
