I'm sorry, Snake-Eyes looks like some alien wearing pants. They should have made the entire suit the same, either cloth or the batman-esque rubber, not a combination.

I wish I had your hope in this film...I really wan't to believe...but its just not happening for me.

You know what would be awesome and would make this whole thing worthwhile? If they were using Cybertronian technology in their powersuits. I could forgive them for everything if they crossbred the two franchises! Destro reverse engineers the decepticons dumped into the ocean and the Joes use technology left behind by prime and the others to create the suits.

Okay, now back down on planet earth...I think that as more action shots come out more people will start to get hyped about the movie. Characters standing around in half-assed poses is far less than interesting but some good shots of Snake-Eyes kicking ass will get people excited. On that note I'm still not overly interested in the movie. I think that they could have gone with a futuristic look while making the characters more dynamic. The logic that I would have used as a director would be that this is a team of soldiers that people are supposed to look up to and that as such each person should have their own identity. When people see the Joes fighting cobra or whatever in their town they should be able to say "HEY! IT'S DUKE!" not "HEY! IT'S ONE OF THE JOES!" It's a matter of preference I suppose. I've never really cared much for the "here's your name and number" military theme that seems so popular these days.

I have a feeling Snake Eyes will have his own power suit, and will look like an armored Raiden from Metal Gear Solid, only more bad ass.

Come to think of it....if Storm Shadow dons a power suit, and its armored like Duke/Ripcord's, only in white/silver......

That would be awesome as long if it remains only as a subtle crossover, is way too early to bond both franchises, but it would be cool to keep this small nods until we get a full blown crossover

I think that it is way too early to say anything about the movie yet. I mean come on, we haven't seen a trailer for it yet! These aren't official pictures, these are just some snap shots some dude took off the street. So what if a character doesn't look perfect in the pictures here? It's not the movie, it's just the production crew and actors taking a break.

This movie is going to suck so bad. Snake Eyes looks so bad it is almost like someone in a Halloween costume not Hollywood grade and the goddamn uniforms look like they are fu#king transformers more than soldiers. Sorry I know everyone is really wanting this to be good but I just cant see it happening.

Something being contrary to our expectations doesn't have to equate to 'bad'.
I just can't grasp this notion that because the images we're seeing don't match those in our mind's eye, the film must automatically 'suck hard'.

It's the combination of the set pics, the costume pics, the casting, the script and interviews with some of the actors that make people think this is gonna be bad. It's not all that the movie doesn't match our expectations, it's that the whole thing looks bad, not only as a Joe movie, but as a movie in general.

I guarentee the trailer will be awesome. The trailers for Godzilla made that steaming pile of FAIL look like it was gonna be the greatest movie ever made. Most people keep saying "Wait for the Trailer, then you'll see how awesome it's gonna be!" Don't judge a movie by it's trailer.

Where is this pic of Scarlett? I only see a pic of her in a tank top with her black pants and boots. Obviously, the lower half is part of her costume. She doesn't have her upper costume on because she's more comfortable without it and probably not near shooting when this pic was taken. In other words, that pic isn't of her in costume.

SE on top of the Humvee makes me happy. I think this movie will suck. Maybe it'll suck a little less, because we get to see SE in action. He's even got his sword in the Humvee, for support or is he trying to kill the occupants?

The shots of her(or stunt double) on the bike. Brown top(shade of yellow) blue pants, boots. It's definitely more like her comic costume.

Ummmmm, No. She's wearing jeans and a light brown leather jacket. The boots she's wearing are just womens boots....I saw some close-up shots and they are just regular womens boots....my girlfriend has a pair just like them. She's just in regular clothes.......the Power-suits look laughable.....I'm even thinking with CGI...it just looks bad all around.

Yeah, if you enhance the pic of Rachel she's wearing just regular blue jeans and womens boots. They sell boots just like that (But probably much cheaper) at Wal-Mart. Those aren't pics of her in costume. She's either just hanging out on-set, or she hasn't gone for her costume fitting of the day, into her Bat-Girl suit.

No... they are shooting a scene with her flipping off the motorcyle in that outfit (jeans/boots). No power suit in that scene, just the jeans/boots outfit it appears.

There is nothing wrong with hating the movie, or supporting it, most members here have strong opinions on the movie going either way. At the end of the day most people complaining will still watch it. The only thing wrong is when topics are thrown off topic into a personal bashfest. Its a forum we can all have different opinions, deal with it. To me this movie looks like it will fail miserably. With this horrible cast and humorous looking costumes I would have rather seen them stick the money into a good CGI flick but that is just my overt negativity shining on.

J/K, I'm going to wait for at least a trailer before I can make any sort of opinion. Anything is better than transformers though...heck Starship troopers 3 is better than transformers...I can say that because I've seen the trailer, it's gonna rock!!!!!

Just saw that, and that is hilarious.

Gotta hope Starship Troopers 3 is good and captures the cheese of the original. Part 2 was disappointing, I stupidly expected more from direct to DVD.

I think we should accept the movie will be pretty awful, but with some fun stuff on the ride. Tranformers, Star Wars prequels, second and third parts of Matrix and Pirates of the Carribean, third x-men and spider-man All pretty bad movies, but all have some kick-ass stuff worth seeing.

Pretty good summer exciting, stupid fun movies, I. can't wait to see them all.
