Amberbratt:
    wow thats crazy! Like POW!
DESTRO:
xhairs:
man that was cool i just wish i knew what they were saying lol
Shockwave:
So that wasnt on purpose then. Was anybody hurt?
Shockwave:
    the chase scene was awesome
Lo-Wan Bing:
couldn't tell if there was an accident on set or if it was just the stunt as it was supposed to be... and maybe a stuntman got hurt... i hope everyone is OK...
DESTRO:
ceraurus:
Shockwave:
    Yup
DESTRO:
darthZartan:
    Great stuff! Just wow.
C.I.A.D.:
What I love is the fact that actual "Car Guy" websites tried to say that we were wrong when we dropped the news on the Hummer...LMAO.
DESTRO:
I wonder what Michael Bay has to say about all this action.
SportingViper:
I like the action going on there.
Has anyone else notice that the cars ten years into the future look like the cars of today?
copywrite:
Well, people still drive cars from the 80's, so who's to say people wouldn't still be driving them in 10 years?
SportingViper:
yeah, but you don't ONLY see cars from the 80's driving around.
Hey I'm not complaining. I'd rather have the movie look like the present than look all futuristic.
A.V.A.C.:
deanhp:
awesome action scenes. I cant wait for this movie to come out.
Crimson Rage:
Although you can't see much in useful terms, it's so gratifying to see "real stuff" happening! Neat.

I'm also glad to see a lot practical stunts as opposed to ersatz ones (my biggest worry for a Sommers dircted movie is excessive, poor CGI)
SpawnSC:
maybe we will have a trailer by summer!
BigErn:
So that's how that works. I've never seen a car ejector before that's pretty cool.

Dropshot:
That was crazy! That scene is going to be amazing.

The Cayenne they are using is the one that Michael Bay said they built for Transformers, either the producers borrowed it or it will be common to see them on car chases.

I wonder if they are going to use CGI to erase all the metallic parts on the Scarab or if thst's the final look.
Joerhyno:
I can't wait to buy... "The Scarab" lol.. it better be 1:18th scaled

exact , want to buy it Too
Lady Joe:
Anything crashing is A-OK in my book. Especially in a Joe movie!
havoc:
i'm not a physics major but when u hit a car like that it doesn't fly straight up into the air while flipping 20 times. i just thought that was kinda funny but it's cool to see some actual footage. i'm still expecting the worst but here's to hoping for the best.

I just chalk it up to being GI Joe. In real life, pilots don't eject a split second before their jet explodes either.

I dont like it. it isnt g.i.joe, but another james bond film to me. it also looks abit like the bourne identety trilogy to me. g.i.joe should be fighting on an island and in new york city, and there should be massive not made tanks like the hiss tanks. where are they.

    its like goldeneye to me.

There were 'street based' car chases in the GI JOE comic all the time.

It's not the car chasing I'm worried about,it's the Joe members doing the chasing in their superhero super-suits that's very un-g.i.joe a real american hero like. Of course this is just a rumor and not 100% garuanteed to happen in the movie.
NotFastEnuff:
I'm afraid this is gonna be another over the top, so unrealisticly effected movie that I hate it. I'm trying REALLY hard to not pass judgement, but it's getting harder. This looks like the scene in Transporter 2 where he jumps and flips the car, dragging the bottom on something and knocks the bomb off. It's just TOO much.
Flint:
Well, after seeing all this footage I am actually thinking more positive thoughts about this movie !!!

I hadn't even heard that as a rumour until you just mentioned it!

Don't remember what thread it was in but someone who either read a script or saw some kind of preliminary footage at the ny toyfair said that the joes were wearing the super suits and chasing a vehicle through the streets. This may or may not be in the movie so I called it a RUMOR.

That was in the toy fair thread I think. But the car crashes look cool. At the least we are getting a lot of action out of the film.
Hannibal:
I'll definitely see it in theatres, but based on just appearances, it looks like street fighter.

And they could have gotten either better costumes or better choices for baroness and covergirl. I gotta say, pretty pleased with scarlett, though.
