Unfinished scenes introducing Snake Eyes, Duke, and The Baroness were shown. A CG animation that served as a storyboard was also shown, which shows The Baroness returning to France, and another scene where a Joe member is captured by Cobra!. Destro & Zartan look on form. The action also seemed very styalized.

Finally we saw a scene which involves a MASSIVE car chase and the eventually toppling of the Eiffel Tower. The film itself look like typical Steven Sommers schtik, massively enjoyable, Sienna Miller looks amazing but I do not think it will fare well with critics, action is very stylised from the scenes I saw, the character development is terrible, Marlon Wayans in particular looked bad!!"

Maybe thats what will happen with this movie | Probably not, that Fantastic Four film (which I actually think is better in some respects then the more recent ones) was never actually meant to be released, the director admited it AFAIK... they had to produce a product to fullfill their contractual agreement and keep the rights, but didn't feel they could pull it off properly so they slapped together a low budget film, and put out the promotional material for it so they could show Marvel that they were keeping their end of the bargin... then iced it. A Dodge Stratus from 1998 with the same problems needs to be hauled away to the graveyard where it belongs.
Seeing a Roger Corman film now, is like seeing an old man riding the Subway, and still wearing his Horn rimed glasses from the 1950's. I think it's kinda cool IMO.
The GI.Joe movie is like seeing My dad wearing a pair of oakleys, and still trying to look hip.
I hope I'm wrong about My predictions about the GI.Joe movie, but I really don't think I am. I'd love to stick My foot in My mouth after it comes out. I'd really like nothing more than to see this Movie be as great as I think it had the potential to be.

And cobra commander should come out of the womb with a traditional cobra mask we should never see his face cuz that would just be rediculous that a man would have a face. I want shipwreck to allways wear a saylor suit with blue bell bottoms and his lil hat. And scarlet should always wear her yellow one piece bathing suit over her clothes. Another thing why cant we have Spirit in this movie wearing traditional Indian style garb and have an eagle on his shoulder. Every character should be just like they were in the 80's and stereotyped just like they were in the 80's. Im not done all cobra guns should shoot blue lasers and all joe guns should shoot red lasers no exceptions, and cobras lasers bounce off joes vehilcles and one shot from a joe laser blows up cobra vehichles. Cobra commander should always talk with the hisssssss sound on his words that have the letter "s". Effects doesn't look like a Joe figure. his head is too big, he has garish colors and cheap accessories, and the head sculpt looks straight out of the Corps line with that awful snarl. yet, he is a Joe simply because he has the G.I. Joe logo on it. it doesn't matter what a figure looks like, or whether people like it and thinks it fits in with other Joe figures released before it, it only matters whether Hasbro has released it as a G.I Joe figure.
the movie not only meets that criteria, but mimics many Joe products before it in that it doesn't resemble anything from 1982-1985. well, it doesn't have to look like 1985 to be G.I. Joe, just look at Star Brigade or Eco Warriors, they are just as much G.I. Joe as the original 13. yes, I am taking it literally because it is a silly statement.
whether something is Joe or not has zero to do with personal preference and is absolute, so the argument "it is not G.I. Joe" is just nonsense. it may not be what you like about G.I. Joe, but it is still G.I.
