    Here's a slightly different take on the Red Shadows - Arabian/Desert shadows.

    I didn't have vintage heads so I sculpted the face plates and then the turbans!

    If you painted the guy in the center black he would be a perfect match for "The Black Knight" from Monty Pythons Holly Grail. "Non shall Pass"

    Thanks for the comments everyone, I'm pleased (and pleasantly surprised) to see that they have gone down so well. Means a lot!

    The Temple Guard figure is in the UK TRU at half price in plentiful supply, so these cost only about £4 to make (materials).

    I'm working on a custom for the Vile Villany next which will require a lot of extensive customising and sculpting.

    Very very nice.

    I LOVE completely different takes on characters, and this is a very original design.

    Makes me want to read up on the Red Shadows and Ironblood.
