    So I have been thinking about doing this for a while. I am a HUGE eighties action movie fan and can not get enough Rambo. So John Rambo just felt like a natural fit for GIJOE. I wanted this custom to be the dirty jungle fighting version of Rambo: First Blood part II. The custom is made with:
    Head - Anakin Skywalker Clone Wars (not the cartoon one)
    Torso - Storm Shadow CP wv4
    Legs - Firefly Cp wv4
    Gun - Roadblock v2
    Knife - Roadblock DVD pack
    Bow - Storm Shadow CP wv2
    Bandolier - Rock & Roll
    "Arrow" Quiver - Lady Jaye DVD pack

    Ya know, I see that custom and I'm reminded of the Remco Joe line (same one that Bolo was from). You older guys remember the guy, right? He looked just like Rambo... I tried to find a pic of him online and couldn't find anything.

    yeah, I had that! I wish someone had an archive up of those Remco guys.

    Fantastic custom buy the way! The paint wash makes Rambo looks like a nasty killing machine.

    Nice job on the figure, only critque is the bow seems a little too high tech and face is too boyish. I finaly saw the final rambo movie the other week. Nice tie-up to the saga. COBRA!

    Oh well, I guess I could do Ahnuld as Dutch from Predator and Chuck from Missing in Action instead.
