Def interested in seeing this. From the comic it looks like they're using POC FF as a base figure. From that it looks like the Taraus/Zanzibar shoulders and holster then too.

I don't think the figure was in the box. The filecards are placed under the foam insert in the box set. So what he's saying is the filecard was in there but his figures were correct.

From the multiple mentions of Destro in the storyline of the filecard, I'm betting (unfortunately) that Destro is the other half of the two pack...

Yeah. It does show a Gold Headed destro in the comic book. Not that we need another Destro.

I thought however they said that Destro was not going to be apart of anything or was that just concerning the box set at the time?

My money is still on either General Mayhem or Metal-head for the two pack.

Darklon is probably my favorite "oddball" Joe character. Here's hoping the relatively high production run results in reasonable prices.

That would be my guess. It would also defer some of the cost for the new Darklon head by using a straight repaint. I'll be disappointed if it is Destro, but what other characters that don't have figures we know of are in the comic besides him and Dragonsky?

The thing that really gets me us that I don't even really like Darklon... But now that he's out and I can't get him, guess what? I want the damn thing badly!

Well if that's the case they can keep em. Chances are I can jut kitbash one and paint it. Hell I already have a 25th accurate Darklon. From the looks of the file card though this is going to be a treat. I can't wait to see what the fig looks like.

Want this so bad. Sure it's going to be way too expensive.

Based on the image from the comic it appears that he's a repaint of the POC firefly with a new head and possibly new vest. I can't really tell who's vest it could be. I'm not able to get it anyway so I suppose it doesn't matter all too much. I do like guessing the parts though.

That's what I thought, but it has a holster and shoulder pads. I thought maybe it's just Zanzibar's shoulder pads, they look really close to the image but I doubt it. I'm thinking it may be a new part.

The club should give us Darklon for that credit card fiasco we all had to deal with.
