Read that preview... and tell me Larry Hama isn't still the master of Joe.

The Commander is going soft.

But it's still in character. His feelings for his son actually inspired him to give up Cobra... of course, it also got him shot in the back.

I love this series even though it's hit or miss. It's as if my GI Joe never ended.

I get a kick out of Mindbender not being able to wait to take his shirt off and put that damn cape back on.

I can't freaking wait to read this!

This is as close as I ever will get to being front paged.

Where is HAWK? The only time you see him is in the first six issues. It's a great read I just want the real leader of G.I. JOE back in the series. This book and Regeneration one are my two must reads.

Uh... have you read the Marvel GI Joe from back in the day?

The picture you are seeing in this new comic for me pays homage to the old "disguised" Commander. Frankly, I love it.

Seriously. I can't believe this is supposedly the worst-selling Joe title. It's the only one I still read, (although I'm stoked for Van Lente's run).
