Agreed on needing more female figures, CoverGirl is my second choice.
Hit n Run:
Hit n Run!! With gear, rope and a real parachute would be nice and make it black for night drops.

gung ho without a cap (new head sculpt shows a bald head with a removable cap)
Of course, we already have a lot of bald headed versions of Gung-Ho. I'd love to see one that shows his black hair. That would rock.
Mainframe:
I think that bat is awful.....stay away from Neon colors, takes away from the Joe line and can lead to other bad ideas, like that 2000 line...
DarthBrett:
BIG BOA (Cobra Trainer)

The Cobra Trainer Big Boa was an awesome figure to have back in 1987. He is a hulk who is trains the Cobra grunts and whips them into shape by any means necessary.

Big Boa should look like his ARAH design, a huge hulking guy that wears his helmet with spikes, red/orange eyes and the breathing tube apparatus, his red harness with spikes, blue pants with the red and black boots and the red armor for his.........crotch.

He should come with removable red boxing gloves with the Cobra logo in white, his punching bag that says "x Joes x" and maybe a baton or cattle prod.
DarthBrett:
TECHNO-VIPER (Cobra Battlefield Technician)

The Techno-Viper is a Cobra mechanic who is there for fixing heavy artillery and vehicles and weapons and also can serve as en engineer on the field. They also are quite capable of being an infantryman.

Techno-Viper should be like his ARAH design, a Cobra troop in a purple jumpsuit with black belt, gloves and boots and purple chest plate harness with electrical lines wrapping around his wrists.

He should come with his backpack rack, his three tools (a hydraulic clamp, a sledgehammer and a wrench), some black hoses (or even silver electrical lines to be more accurate) and his phase pulse plasma rifle.

Yessss... Techno Vipers are my favorite, right behind Night Vipers and before Laser Vipers.
hex1206:
Pythona

She should have a cape/cloak obviously.
Possibly a cobra la head parasite to throw at people.
interchangeable hands with long nails.

I really think Pythona would be an amazing figure, if done correctly. Alot like the other cobra la crew.

All of the Plague team looks awesome. I second this. Make 3 sets of 3 packs, I will pay and then some.
ecsmith7:
3 sets of 3 would be awesome!
DarthBrett:
RIP CORD (HALO (High Altitude Low Opening) Jumper)

Rip Cord, the HALO Jumper on the Joe team.

He should be based off of his ARAH design. Redhead wearing a green jumpsuit with a dark green camouflage pattern and black gloves and boots.

He should come with a green belt harness, a green backpack, and a green parachute harness (with chest box) this time around. Also, he should come with his black helmet and black oxygen mask with hose (that plugs into his chute pack) and it should have a clear face mask this time. He also needs his trusty FN FAL (Fabrique Nationale) (Fusil Automatique Leger, or light automatic rifle) which should come with a shoulder strap (no new Joe weapons have had shoulder straps like some of the old ones had and Rip Cords should be one of them).
DarthBrett:
DP - double post
DarthBrett:
MONKEYWRENCH (Dreadnok)

The Welsh 'Nok is a terrorist who loves blowing stuff up with explosives.

He should be based on his ARAH appearance. He has semi long brown hair with a goatee. Wears a maroon sleeveless jacket with tattered blue jeans (that have patchwork and red bandanas wrapped around his lower legs); black belt, pistol holster, boots and gloves; silver/mirrored biker sunglasses; and a necklace with a charm of ram's horns.

He should also come with a removable black harness with 5 silver grenades attached to it; his huge harpoon rifle and maybe a block of C4 explosives and a couple of land mines or even a time bomb with detonator.

Use the post as a profile view of the character. Re-edit your post to fit the thread rules.

Thanks
Stygian:
I don't have an image of him to post, but he was always a favorite character. One caveat; the only way I would want to see him is if he has a removeable helmet, as I felt BBQ got shafted in this dept. in the 25th line.

Weapons:

Removeable helmet/face mask
Face mask hose
Air purifier/weapon
Backpack w/hose which attaches to weapon
Submachine gun which attaches to backpack or can be holstered

Thank you, thank you, thank you for mentioning this guy, Brett!! He's been egregiously overlooked, even though he was always one of my absolute favorite RAH Joes!
CG76:
Here's my request: Techno Viper

DarthBrett:
Deleted. Damn DP's.
DarthBrett:
LOW-LIGHT (Night Spotter)

Low-Light is the Joe's sniper and marksman. He's also their scout for nighttime missions.

Low-Light should be based off of his 1986 ARAH appearance. Blonde and clean shaven; wears a dark gray jumpsuit (with a red shoulder harness and a couple of green grenades on his chest); wears a black knit cap; wears black gloves and boots as well as a black belt and a knife sheath.

He should come with a pair of removable Infrared, black-rimmed visor/goggles; a sniper rifle with scope attached and a detachable bi-pod; an Uzi sub-machine gun; a backpack; a knife; and possibly a satchel bag.
DESTRO:
Gothiczartan you have some of the best ideas so far. However please post 1 figure per post and use the rules on the first page. 3-packs and comic pack ideas can remain in one post but follow the guidelines below.

Post your weapons and gear list for each figure, even a build list from existing parts Hasbro could use to make the figure...Ect.....

Same goes for everybody else. Please follow the rules posted on the first page.

Thanks
DarthBrett:
ZANDAR (Zartan's Brother)

Zandar is Zartan's younger brother and a master of camouflage and covert silence which helps in sneak attack and scouting missions for Cobra. He also has Zartan's ability to change his skin color in the sunlight.

He should be based on his ARAH 1986 appearance. Redhead (orange hair); has camo-like red tattoos on his face and red lightning bolt tattoos on his chest; sports a blue headband and a pink bandana/scarf around his neck; wears light gray jeans; wears a blue pistol holster and harness on his chest along with blue shoulder pads (like Zartan's) and blue knife straps w/sheath; wears brown gloves and boots; a yellow belt; and gold kneepads with a gold wristband on his left wrist.

He should come with an arrow-firing rifle; a blue backpack with arrows (possibly removable); a removable knife and possibly a removable pistol for his holster.
DESTRO:
Cobra Space Trooper

This would be a great new release figure. They could remold the Deep Six dive suit with articulation and new gear to make a very cool Space Viper. So I second this idea.
DarthBrett:
ZARANA (Zartan's Sister)

Zarana is Zartan's younger sister and a human chameleon, being able to become anybody she wants to with ease. She is also a deadly assassin. Zaran can also change skin color in the sunlight just like her brothers can.

Zaran should be based off of her 1986 ARAH appearance. Wears a red mohawk style hairdo; wears gold earrings; wears a tattered pink midriff top with pink shoulder pads (like her brothers); wears torn up blue jeans (with pink spandex underneath and dark red inner lining); wears a dark red pistol holster and harness on her chest; also wears a dark red belt, knife sheath along with kneepads and bootstraps; wears black boots; dark red gloves with elbow bads and black armbands.

She should come with a custom rifle with razor-honed spur cutting weapon at the end; a dark red backpack and possibly a removable knife and pistol.
DarthBrett:
ROAD PIG (Dreadnok)

Road Pig is the odd man out in the Dreadnok gang. A giant, hulk of a man who is despised by his biker peers for having low standards for hygiene (even by biker standards)! He also has a split personality.

Road Pig would be based off of his 1988 ARAH appearance. An ugly behemoth, (bigger than Roadblock and Bazooka if possible), wearing a white buzz cut with a red stripe; wears black leather pants with a brown cup-piece with metal spikes; wears brown leather boots covered by metal protective gear; and also wears a brown leather holster for his extra cross bow arrows.

He would come with a removable black, leather shoulder harness with spikes; a black spiked arm shield; a crossbow that can mount on his arm; and a hammer (a big lead pipe with a cinder block attached at the end).
DarthBrett:
JINX (Ninja Intelligence)

Jinx is the Joe team's female ninja. Deadly, quick and very intelligent.

She is small in stature and is of Japanese descent. She wears a red ninja's hood (or mask); a red, long sleeved ninja top with black collar and cuffs and a dragon symbol on it; red ninja pants with black ankles and a black ninja belt; and she wears red slipper-like shoes.

Jinx should come with a black backpack that can store her two ninja swords and a naginata with ceremonial blades on each end.

DarthBrett:
LAW & ORDER (M.P. (Military Police) & K-9)

Law is a military policeman in charge of securing and defending the Joe's HQ gates along with his canine companion, the German Shepherd, Order.

Law is from 1987 during the ARAH era. Law has brown hair and wears a red T-shirt with a black MP armband; green military style cargo pants; wears a black belt with boots; and wears a wristwatch.

Law should come with a removable blue vest jacket that sports a pistol holster and shoulder strap as well as a green gas grenade and his MP badge; an Uzi sub-machine gun; a pistol; a nightstick; a white helmet saying "MP"; a leash with spiked collar; and of course, Order the German Shepherd.

Cobra-La Royal Guard

Attachment 19688 Attachment 19689

Attachment 19690

This figure was released date back in 1987 in the vintage ARAH toyline as part of the Cobra-La 3-pack with Golobulus & Nemesis Enforcer(now named Nemesis Inmortal in the current toyline). The concept of Cobra-La was a depart of the more realistic designs from 1982 through 1985-86. Now in the current toyline we got Nemesis Enforcer/Inmortal but we still lacking the other 2 characters. In my case I want badly a modern Royal Guard figure & I will tell you guys my reasons below:

-The looks: it's insectoid appearance makes it one of the most original looking figures in the entire joe toyline. If Hasbro capitalize on that & make it equal or similar to the custom figure they made for the 2007 toy convention we will a figure so great looking that even Cobra-La haters would be persuaded to buy it.

-The accesories: a silver scythe, sci-fi looking pistol & red antenna. They will be all-new made accesories & not recycled from previous released joes.

-Another army building figure to collect: Who don't like to building massive armies to recreate epic battles?

-New fooder for custom figure makers: The dedicated custom joe makers in this forum are always looking for different looking parts to do unique figures. A Royal Guard figure parts will be excellent to mix with other modern joe parts or compatible figure parts like Star Wars to make aliens, mutants, bizarre looking fellows or just undercover joes dressed as RG to infiltrate Cobra-La headquarters.

How Hasbro should pack it?

Hasbro should release it in a future comic pack wave with another army building like a G.I.Joe Greenshirt. It would be awesome to have a RG/Greenshirt CP so we could build 2 massive armies for nearly the price of one figure. Also by releasing RG this way Hasbro can test the market for a future Cobra-La Royal Guard single carded release for those who don't want to get the Joe Greenshirt. It's a winning/winning deal for Hasbro & us joe fans.

FRAG VIPER

Frag Viper would be very simple to make, and I'm thinking he should be a little bit bigger than the average Cobra Soldier. To make use of existing molds we could go with IG Destro's arms and the rest could come from Bazooka with a brand new head sculpt. Of course he would need new web gear and weapons. A removable helmet would be nice, but not essential.

Frag Viper would come with,

Jai Alai-like grenade thrower
backpack with removable black grenades
sub machine gun
various hoses
web gear
removable helmet (maybe)

So simple to make I wouldn't be surprised to see him sooner rather than later.

pig iron grenadier:
One of the best looking, IMO, Cobra figures ever. The 25th CG Commander doesn't work in my book, and every CG needs a good leader when the twins are out doing business.

I would however do away with the missile system he came with originally as that seems like a grunt weapon or a specialist weapon. I also imagine the new head sculpt could also be used for a Techno-Viper as they look reasonably close.

Accessories:

Backpack (standard CG but colored black or silver)
Knife
Pistol
Rifle (Baroness V9's)
Snake Eyes-Joe Ninja:
I want the plague charaters, but not in all black.
Thal J.:
I want Wade Collins, I cant do the picture because I'm at work. They could do the military look he had in issue #96(?)

He should come with;
M-16
Bacpack
removable helmet
Thal J.:
I'm probably the only one tht would wnt this but I would love it if Hasbro made...

The White Clown
He would come with;
His Hat (removable)
A pistol
And the human cannonball cannon to send the joes into the river.

Woah, I was going to post this guy as well! Frag Viper was such a cool concept, even when I was a kid I appreciated the creativity. I always imagined the guy who designed him saw some kinda documentary on jai alai the night before or something like that lol.

The cool thing about the jai alai grenade thrower is that when he's out of grenades he can sink that sucker into someone's head like an axe. At least that's what he did in my battles.

Sci-Fi

Sci-Fi is a great design and always reminded me of Robocop. Even though he is colorful, I still would like a modern update of Sci-Fi in his original colors. He would come with his laser rifle, a backpack with an attachment for the laser rifle, and the hose connection.

Maybe a 5 pack with Golobulus, Pythona, Two Guards, and a Cobra-La Citizen since they all lookalike. And add flying orb for Globulus as an interchangable piece.
SoldOut4Stupid:
I want green with a laser rifle!! Full with hose and backpack!!!!
germ:
DUSTY and FOOTLOOSE cartoon colors !

on the cartoons there camo scheme was complete oposite of each others and it always looked neat with them paired together. dusty - mostly brown with green patches and footloose- mostly green with brown patches....mabey put them together as a comic 2 pack...

A great character from the episode "Memories of Mara", which would look great in the 25th line, that needs more of a female presence other than the standard female figures.
I'm surprised no one has made a custom yet.
mercer2:
renegade 3 pack or version 1 mercer
Weezus:
hmmm, i want toxo zombies myself. instead of water guns i want them to come with toxic waste barrels... AK-47's and glow in the dark paint.
sculpt a zombie head under a partially clear cracked visor, you can even use the neon colors, he was awesome enough to get away with it.
having a bunch of in scale toxic waste barrels would be a plus. you gotta know that all barrels explode under gunfire. it is the law of the land.

(im surprised noone has chosen T.A.R.G.A.T. he was really neat)
ryk:
1. Because she deserves an update, now's the time and we want her back!

2. weapons: a wolverine tank and her "stunning good looks".
thoughtbomb:
I would like Hasbro to make another DDP character... Junko Akita! I think the line could use more female figures, and she is a female ninja!
The weapons should include a backpack, sword(s), and whatever else makes a ninja well... a ninja!
Come on Hasbro! What do you say?
