been demanding an answer for months now. When can we expect to see more
Resolute figures,vehicles and most importantly ANIMATION?
1a. You can find GI Joe Resolute figures on shelf now. The animation plan is
being finalized and we are hoping to make an announcement soon. Sorry we
cannot provide more information but we do not have any new information to
share at this time.
2. Are we going to see any G.I. Joe Rise of Cobra Comic Packs and can you name a few if these are in the works?
2a. There are currently no plans for this, but it is something we have
discussed for 2010 or 2011.
3. Will there be a Rise of Cobra pre-view figure like Protoform Transformer Optimus Prime and Starscream before the main Movie Line hits?
3a. Yes, we will offer the MARS Trooper 3-pack exclusively online and before

I agree, there are a lot of other questions that could have been asked, but I am not suprised these got asked. Hicks_Royel: At least it wasn't about getting more Dreadnoks. Something we loudly suggested last year was a cooperation between the sites to get more questions asked. I'm glad to see that hasn't happened for the most part. I mean heck, the Canadian site got three good questions in, granted they were all about distribution, but I know for a fact that there's six threads on this site wondering if the fifth DVD pack is going to be released in better quantity in the US. As was noted in another thread, if Hasbro gave a solid answer to something and then for one reason or another it got delayed, cancelled, or otherwise messed with, all the same people complaining about "vague answers" would be screaming to the high heavens, "ZOMG HASBLOW LIED TO US!"
If something isn't reasonably well "locked in" then why are they going to give potentially false information out? If "Resolute" doesn't have a distributor yet...how are they going to know when it's coming?
I suggest Hasbro immediately stop all Q&As. No one will ever be happy with their answers, so why bother?
Anyway...interesting that the MARS Trooper 3-pack is online...I thought for sure that'd be in stores. It really IS going to be a drought between now and July unless there's a WHOLE lot of stockpile backed up in the distribution centers...hopefully stockpile that includes the Best of the 80's DVD pack somewhere.
As for the success of the movie line...the retailers have probably already put in orders for more G.I.
