I have all the figures anyway so wouldn't want them even with the right accessories, but the card art is quite nice. My biggest problem is why are they using the wrong artwork (Sand Scorpion) for the Sand Viper? Dream: The only thing I will say wtf about is Night Force Beachhead.

how long have you been collecting ? These are repacks just like what's been at Faimly Dollars and Dollar Generals for the past 3 or 4 years. Jay West: Doesn't bother me at all. My kid loves GI Joe and if I can pick one of these up at $2-$3 instead of the $8 that seems to be the new price for 25th Anni, then she is happy and I save a few dollars. Even though I already have one, I would pick up one of the Night Force Beachheads for sure, to keep on the novelty mini-card. miscreant: "Does NOT include Snap-on Stay-on accessories." In previous dollar store releases, the accessories were packed loose in the bubbles.
Though, I'd be a lot more excited for these if Hasbro would cycle in some new figures. There were TONS of nice toys from the later day VvV waves (wave 4 Hawk, wave 7 Snake Eyes, Wave 7 Gung Ho, Wave 7 Viper) and DTC (Barrel Roll, Footloose, CG, Range Viper, etc) which they could repackage just as cheaply. quintonarledge: I may pick these up if they are a buck or two just cause I like the card art, otherwise I'll pass. I already have all these figures. |
