| Wave 12 Ninja Viper Revealed! |

Joe Collector's Club unveiled the images of this figure today. Click on the discuss button below to join the ongoing discussion, along with Storm Shadow fans who hope the Storm Shadow figure slated for this wave still makes it to shelves, along with the Ninja Viper!
Thanks to HissTank boards member Rodimus-Power for the heads up and the G.I. Joe Collector's Club for giving us a glimpse at this previously unannounced figure!

duke arms boo =( Golobulous: i wonder if this is what is in wave 11 instead of just another storm shadow. if so what a great way to make the most out of that mold jasonong: is this from wave 12 or 13 or...? Maybe coloring the undershirt white or something would make this figure look better...not sure. Loose Cannon: What happened? When? I love it I love it! But Duke arms suck!! Maybe we can send in some of our extra Storm shadows and they can paint them for us. If the Legoins pack came with this Ninja Viper they would be all sold out. But since they didn't I got four extra for $6.24. What is Wave 8 suppose to be? | But they are fixed Duke arms Darklon: The Duke arms are fine by me, since they're the new Duke arms. As for the color...Rose colored glasses make me wish this was Storm Shadow V1 as a Ninja Viper, just like the one I had so long ago. This means there is possibly only one figure in this wave I will be buying. I tell ya, with these later waves, the amount of figures I am gonna buy gets smaller and smaller with each wave that comes out. Loose Cannon: Yeah I didn't notice the arms either so that's alright. im keeping my cash Scoop: If Wave 12 (Wave 8 2008) is going to consist of all of the repaints we recently saw (you know the one with Ripper in comic colors) then maybe this Ninja Viper will be part of Wave 13. Not sure if it will be at the end of 2008 or the beginning of 2009 though. My thoughts are late 2008 because they already have a carded pic of him.
When I first saw this thread and the pics from the G.I. Joe Collector's Club I feared that this might only be an exclusive club item. It appears that it's not though.
I'm really happy this is comming out though because it saves me from having to paint one myself. As far as the newly molded Duke arms go I could take em or leave em. What really bothers me is that I wish he had the head from the Red Ninja or Wave 4 Storm Shadow instead. umanumanamo: Interesting, but pass.

I like it, not the greatest figure around but at least its a "different" figure. badgumbo: Could be a variant of the new W12 Storm Shadow or vice versa. I would have preferred a straight SSv1 repaint ( I cannot believe I said that) to this though. And is it me or do the colors seem a little too vibrant? I liked the darker Aqua? of the RAH version better.

there will officially be one more ninja viper available to anyone who wants one....cuz you can count me out. Point being, some folks complained about getting yet another Storm Shadow, now some will complain about getting Ninja Viper. Don't like it, don't buy it. skatezaz: yeah i knew you wuld mention the duke arms, its cool its just not my thing and i love ninjas

I would think it would be possible for retailers to changer their minds since joe has been selling so hot, but that has been with all new molds and replicas of the original joes.
Now we're going to repaints and movie figures, so we're heading right back to where we were before the modern line started.
