Kim Arashikage Jinx FSS GIJOE 25th Anniversary Style Images

I'm hoping the white SDCC Jinx head is big enough to balance out that long neck on the FSS fig. The thinner FSS face should look better on the red SDCC body, which looks a bit squat. That leaves the white SDCC body for my karate Scarlett (v5).

Any suggestions for the red Jinx head?

That is an ugly figure. Her neck is way too long. I would rather have the SDCC one.

At least they did not say her name was classified though...

The figure is bad, but that card art is worse. Yikes

I don't like that figure either. She looks really ugly. Glad I passed. I still think that the Barrel Roll fig might be the best.

The SDCC Jinx comparison picture reminds me of comparing the Kardashian sisters. Everything's fine until along comes that one that looks like Lurch from The Addams Family...

She's a good figure, just too tall for Jinx. The SDCC definitely would be my definitive version.

The VVV version was built like a tank, so I guess this version is an homage to that one.

She is kinda fun to own. The leg clasp is faulty at best. The neck to head problem is kind of a let down. Someone posted a photo of her with a ROC scarlet head and that looked way better.

She will forever be known to me as ketchup and mustard Jinx.

That's because this body is the cancelled City Strike Scarlett from ROC.

pop it on a red ninja body for kicks? maybe the renegades red ninja even, for the slimmer arms and legs? but what do I know?

ok, looking at the pics again...Is her headband making her giraffe neck less pronounced, or again am i high?

I don't care what anybody says, I think she's beautiful. Hell, I'd hit it. Giraffe neck and all.

I like the figure but the head is... lacking. Not ugly, but neither cute, just fine.

The head is obviously too small though, but still works.
As Dragasses noted, the blindfold balances a bit the size difference. Maybe leave it at the neck a-la Tunnel Rat?

The only good thing about that damned Resolute body, is that the neck is so long that you can cut the ball at the top and carve a new one off the rest of the neck (i did it already and works)

Oh dear oh dear. This figure looked good in the proto pics. Where did it all go wrong?

Holy giraff neck Batman!!

I really like her. I agree that she is too tall, and the neck is definitely too long, but other than that I think she is pretty cool. I think her uniform is a nice nod of the head to the VvsV version, and is much more combat oriented than either SDCC version. I have both of those, and think they are great but this is a much more serious combat look. Jinx was never a favorite of mine as a kid because I thought she looked like she was in her PJ's. Not suited up for the battlefield. I do wish the leg sheath worked better, it stays buckled, but keeps falling down her leg. I really like the card art as well. I was not impressed with the images of the cards for a lot of the FSS (love my Cover Girl, but that card art is awful and amateurish) but I think the Jinx artwork is one of the better ones.

I'll wait for the Retaliation version and the gigantic box of weapons.

Im actually keeping her and trading/selling my Dice figure. I like everything about the card art except the face...especially on the spec card she looks like a hideous Tia Carrere. I do dig her costume though and accessories.

Now that we are done with these damn ninjas bring on some soldiers!

^ ya that one comes off the best..i also like the FSS head on the comic body ok...but SDCC jinx heads dont look good on the FSS body unfortunately.

i still havent opened my FSS jinx. as some1 else said i just dont know where to put it. im phasing out my POC stuff and hasbro hasnt really put out too many VvV updates. so this one is on an island to me...maybe with the DG shipwreck which looked like the VvV shippy.

but the FSS jinx card came with a long crease along the top so i should probably just open it and maybe it'll change my mind about its quality

I really wanted to like this one, as I am a huge Jinx fan. But I'll keep the red SDCC one as the default one in my display. The neck just kills it...

How awkward is the file card art w/o the blind fold? Cringe. The picture with the blind fold is OK, but once you take it off, look out!

I generally like the figure, but agree with everyone on the girafee neck comments. It does not ruin the figure (or my childhood) for me, but it does take away from it.
