The new Battle Pack includes, Destro, Cobra Commander, Cobra Commander's Trouble Bubble, H.I.S.S. Tank Driver with H.I.S.S. Tank, Stalker, Cobra Vehicle Gunner, M.O.B.A.T. Tank with Steeler and Short Fuze.

I'm a sucker for generic Cobra trooper repaints. hectorxd: I like it and Im glad that Cobra trooper is in there... at least I think I am. I originally wanted it when I saw it but now Im not sure what to do with him. The HISS driver will be an officer. The destro will go on ebay along with stalker and CC.
Actually I may just buy this for my nephews and switch out the short fuse with someone else. Thats right, repacking a gift. Good times. RolandofGilead: I wish I could pick and choose pieces of this set. I'd like the HISS and Driver, the MOBAT and Steeler for sure, plus Short Fuse and that's about it. Anyone wanna buy an extra set for the CC, Trouble Bubble, Cobra Driver and IG Destro and sell me the rest? No takers? Psyche-Out: I'm going to pass on this. The Stalker repaint is the only thing I'm interested in. I guess I just dislike the plain green shirts especially when they're painted tan. gdztoyz: I'm hoping that the price will make 'em a bit easier to find. This is a pretty cool set, too bad we get another CC and Destro. Now this set could've been awesome with some troops, maybe Crimson Twins or a Crimson Baroness in their place. when I buy this set I plan on getting rid of the Mobat, Short Fuze, Steeler and Stalker. I really only want the Cobra stuff. Since I'm in Canada it might be tricky for me to buy one, so I might have to rely on my fellow board members eheh  cool breeze: CC is packaged without his helmet on? LOL thunderdan19: Can somebody tell me what monkey with a camera they pay good money to produce these photos??? Geez... You'd think they could find someone who could at least put the figures in decent order with all their equipment displayed. Or at least try to make them somewhat flattering of the products. Yuck.
Sorry to rant. This has just been an ongoing problem I've seen with just about all the preliminary pics of Joe products on all the sites I frequent. If I had to use these pics alone to decide what to buy, I'd still have a lot of money left in my wallet. C'mon Hasbro!!!
I have 90% of what's in this set already so I believe I will skip it. If anybody wants to part with a Short Fuse, let me know (although I'm really not that excited about the sculpt). Killjoy: Quote:

This looks to be a dark blue version of the Senior Ranking Officers set.
I like this set except for the lack of cape on Destro, the fact that now we have ANOTHER CC (6 of this version wasn't enough?!?!?! - at least make one hot pink for variation), and the fact it is a Target Exlusive which means that there is a great chance that we won't see it in Canada. :( ~Synder Corps.~: Me Likee...Gonna get two. I'm really diggin' the Destro, Stalker and Steeler repaints. If I can find a pair of sets I'll have figs and a CrimHiss up for sale/trade. I don't even want to think about how many this makes at this point.
I have to say i really like that Destro repaint. that is one i wouldn't mind owning, as opposed to the two pack version, which is terrible.
Short fuse and the hiss driver are the only other ones i care about.
I only want troopers i can troop build, i hate having a random repaint officer just hanging around & that steeler without the helmet and visor is worthless to me. is it really so hard to give him the accessory he comes with? especially if you are going to reuse the mold with repaints.
I'm sure i'm the only one to think this...but i could care less about getting any of these vehicles. I don't have the room for it. and the price increase to get things i don't have the room for and don't want just makes me pass on these. I'm hoping that at some point all the vehicle packed figures will come carded. fogger1138: Quote:

The nifty Destro (and to a lesser extent, CC's Pimp Bubble) are the only things I'm interested in on this set. jasonong: Short Fuze = What a boots. Look like a freakin Clown and got lost in battle. lol. 82joe: I have to be honest, I'm not in love with this set. MOBAT appears to be a straight 1982 repaint. Looks like Hasbro didn't even adjust the depth of the driving slot to fit the new figures. Short Fuze with glasses again Hasbro??? The rest re-paints. -Destro - got enough of them already
-Trouble Bubble - pass
-MOBAT - had one as a kid, my least used GI Joe vehicle.
-Stalker - got two already, but would keep him for the jetpack if nobody wants him
-Cobra Commander - how many of him do I need... definite pass.
I'll probably keep Steeler, Short Fuze, the Cobra Trooper, the HISS, and the HISS driver. Seems like I want about 50%, have to find someone to split the set. The Conflict: anyway, i plan on getting this set and do what i do with all my new joe stuff, stare at it off and on for 20 to 30 minutes and then put in 1 of my 2 "joe closets" and totally forget about it until i score somthing new and i go in 1 of the closets to put that up. hectorxd: on the front of the package it says "Motorized" gunslingercbr: Quote:
