| TheTransTorture: Cool, I like the acc. on the Armadillo, sweet rides ! Iron Spider-Man: I was wondering where the story was, it was missing for about ten minutes. I really like that the Armadillo seems to be all new, too. Could this mean that these guys are close at hand? Talk about a quadruple whammy, eh? Tiger_Force_Dude: just wish they remade serpentor instead we get the same serpentor...ugh karamazov80: I'm more curious about potentially updated images of the figures that we are getting. I'm hoping that that Steeler was unfinished. DaViper: I think these look great. The little touches like the silver plates on the inside of the snake hood, and the saddle bag on the armadillo make this a great 25th update. LOVE IT. tkprime: Well new CEO heads up Hasbro starting May 22nd so he's saying expect an Golden Age for Hasbro, and he's got the ambition and background to do it, I'm very pleased with his speech about putting G.I.Joe back on the frontlines! huge flaws in my opinion.
1. only one foot peg. figures tend to fall off of become unstable during play.
2. the handles were not raised to meet the 25th serpento height. as a result he looks rather hunched over if you expect him to hold on via the handles since he only has one foot peg to stand on.
my son did not play with this long as i got tired of constantly putting him back on. ladyhump: arch2b, would you say get extra Vamps for Joe Troops instead of armadillos? Shogi: Perhaps Serpy is supposed to have his knees bent like he usually did in the cartoon (Kinda like someone riding a jet ski) arch2b: sounds logical but in reality, you have to point his feet out to begin with just to get his big ass foot to actual stand on the foot peg. this would mean he has both feet pointed out and bent at the knees. i tired it and it looks funny. not the best solution... it's a flaw in my book. That's bad news, I have to say. The handle issue can be solved with what Shogi mentioned, I would think. But the one foot peg is an oversight that can't be ignored. It's unacceptable. Why would you put one foot peg on a vehicle that is meant to be moved around so much? Jism83: Im really not a fan of this one. after seeing this set, and the trubble bubble set i lost interest. I have all 4 vehicles on pre-order. as soon as i get them i will probably list those 2 on here Syn3sthesia: For someone who did not have this vehicles when he was kid, Im not complaining. Just grateful they got released. |
