I always loved Beachhead, and the removable mask is awesome. Was he always redheaded? And yes, shots of the face with the mask off, please! Can't wait to see him. It does come off right? Anyways, this CP is hella-sick! Stygian: Looks awesome, but I have to agree that light grey weapons and unfixed crotches at this late juncture is inexcusable! Monkeywrench: Looks awesome! I dig Mainframe and that's a def improvement on Beachead. Not that the other one was bad, this one looks true to the original.

they take the easy way out on pretty much every figure they put out...especially comic pack figures. and we still get diaper crotch on some figs as well as duke arms. In order to *keep* the rights to a name, Companies have to reuse the name pretty often. Which is part of why we get some characters thrown at us again and again....... and again. barbecue: Looks killer. This version retools his head and makes a new vest for more accuracy to the classic version of beach head. butter_the_pure: I dig them, and want them now please. Fire_Fly: where did u get those if you dont mind me asking

Those Joes like their facial hair! | the 12" GvC Beachhead is clean-shaven and has brown hair. 280-CUSTOMS: ya know we all complain about hasbro repacks,repaints,ratios and how they may or may not look exactlylike they used to look when we were kids i am 35 my kid is 10 they came out 25 years ago when i was 10 my kid gets to open the same figures that i used to open 25 years ago, how can that be so bad were lucky that we get anything new at all. sure hasbro could do better but they could do nothing at all. pick your toys that you want and buy them ,i collected marvel legends from the beggining and then found out no more legends then hasbro started it and they sucked at making them .they look a little better now but no one said you have to buy them . maybe we will all get lucky and they won't cancel g.i.joe like they did indians jones. i hate wal-mart Grimwing: Beyond Awsesome pics. My only regret is that mainframe lacks the fold away computer briefcase. But like others have said this is fun play value for the comic pack price.

Now show me hard master. artiepants: really dig Mainframe, more than i thought i would, but i think the single card Beach Head is way better. arc30: Those look great. I need a bigger shelf for all my loose joes. I use to keep everything MOC, but since I started customizing, I open everything now. GI abe444: That set looks realy good ! Dont like the scarf thing though on beachhead . |
