well after sending for two Docs one on 6-3-08 & another on 6-27-08

one finaly made it home after a whole lot of drama
but im happy non the less the first one is here

the new Docs being shipped have the new Duke wrist not the suicide wrist that all dukes first had heres sum pics and good luck to evryone ur Docs should be on there way soon if your checks or money orders were cashed

Ugh, how? The wrists were bad enough, but on Doc they were "Caucasian-colored" in the gaps! You'd think they'd mold Doc in his skin tone but he was just painted.

This Doc is much nicer with the new forearms. Glad I went ahead and sent for a second one.

I think with the limited run this change is getting it will be the one that is sought after, not the first one that was produced WAY more.

My son and I are very excited. My check from July 6th cleared the bank today.

Now, just more waiting.......but at least he's on his way!!

so here's the question: which one was produced in greater quantity? I would guess the first one. Thus making Doc 2.0 worth more? Or does Doc 1.0 still carry more value because it was the first one?

Does this mean that the people who emailed hasbro about not receiving a figure, even though the check had been cashed, might still get one?

I agree, you would have to assume the second is made in a smaller quantity and will be more valuable.

BALLS! You know.... Anger.... I appreciate Hasbro taking the time to fix and evolve their figure sculpts based on fan feedback to no end, but when they do things like this... Irritating. But only irritating because I probably won't be able to get my mitts on one.

Good for those who are finishing last I suppose and hopefully we don't have more poor Duke arm sculpts to look forward to in the future.

Of course we got Mainframe with the old diaper crotch snake eyes sculpt, so who can tell.

man im so lucky CC, i sent away for one in july and then i had to get a new bank account but the check still went through, and now im gonna have both versions of doc cause i bought one after getting discouraged

They should have done this from the begining w/ the Duke in the 5 pack back in the summer of '07. Should've known better, I've been seeing Clutch & Breaker at TRUs with the new TF Duke arms. I just wish they would've given the Brazilian Leatherneck the new arms, which I know they will since I bought the A.W.E. Striker w/ Leatherneck today.

Hasbro cashed my check August 14. when did everyone else's get cashed who got the new doc?

I noticed on my first run Doc it has an embossed shiny logo. It doesn't look like the second run does by those pictures. Which logo does it have Collecter?
