I ike how Sdeshow is making these soldiers "experienced" looking with age and lines on their faces like a hardened soldier with years of battle behind them would look. Or at least, how I picture they would.
I love this whole line thus far. Price point has kept me from ordering all of them, but Flint will absolutely make the shelf next to Duke. DPrime: Exciting news!
Gotta say though, I agree with a lot of people here that the face sculpt looks a bit weird in that pic.
I'm not too worried though. The production figures always look a bit different than the first picture, and Sideshow hasn't really disappointed yet. I have a feeling that as more pics surface we'll see that it looks better.
I'm interested to see what kind of camo his pants will be, if they make the jump to "modern" digital style or keep it like the old '80s BDUs. I'm not sure what kind of shotgun that is, either. I'm sure foreshortening is playing a part here, but it looks pretty small. I would also prefer it to have some green parts as well.
I wonder what the exclusive will be...

Hard to pass judgment without seeing the complete figure but that intial pic is bad. Draven: If you honestly think that the Hasbro 12" Joes look that good, then your eyes need replacing. that, or your planet's Hasbro is a lot better than ours.

| Again, I agree. Remember Duke V1's smiley gameshow host face? Compare that with the badass looking veteran soldier Sideshow gave us; much better.

Honestly, if all we got, Joe-wise, from this line was a Hawk V2 and Scarlett and they ended the line, I'd be pretty happy with that line-up. Troynos: Beachhead and Stalker, or a Tunnel Rat, Hit & Run or Alpine

I know ARAH Flint used a sawed off pump action, and 25th Flint used a Semi-auto. There are all sorts of crazy looking combat shotguns now days, so who knows what they gave him. Personally, I really would have liked to see them go with the Mossberg 5901A, and have the attatchable bayonet on his belt.
