If you don't feel like you can play anymore Fallout 3 in a new setting, don't buy it.
I put in over 125 hours in Fallout 3 and 85 in New Vegas so far, and loved every minute of it. New Vegas was a no brainer for me and it didn't really dissapoint. My only problems were the constant freezing (worse than F3 for me), some quests being locked out and the overall dated feel of everything.
Also *spoilers* the end has no continue again. You will have to buy the DLC to carry on after the last quest, which IMO is complete BS. The DLC will also be timed exsclusive for Xbox. Again, bs. There aren't that many main quests in the first place, so I felt like the game was a little short. Considering your average Call of Duty game is only 6-10 hours in campagin, I guess 50+ isn't bad.
