Any Tankers out there ready for the release of Legends of Wrestlemania? I can't wait for this game, but sadly I'll have to for now.
This game has so many great things in it, such as... -First time "legend" appearances of... Yokozuna, King Kong Bundy, Big John Studd, Honky Tonk Man, Koko B. Ware, Big Boss Man and more! -Classic WWF managers, such as Mr. Fuji, Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, Jimmy "Mouth of the South" Hart, etc. -We finally get the classic Red, White and Blue ring ropes!!! Thank you THQ!!! Yeah, the same ones that SHOULD have been in SVR 2008 and 2009 for the Great American Bash arenas... -The return of the classic WWF blue steel cage from Smackdown vs Raw 2006! -Classic Royal Rumble Arena! (again, thank you so much THQ!!!) -Ultimate Warrior! Need I say more?!? With all of these features, you can see why I am so excited for this game! |

I'm looking forward to this game as well because those are all of the wrestlers I grew up with. I used to love playing the old Legends of Wrestling games on Xbox a few years back. I plan on getting this game on PS3 in a few months from now. I will be moving soon and when I get my new place I will buy a new HDTV and finally open my PS3 which I bought about a month or so ago. I plan on keeping it sealed until I get everything taken care of first.

I'm a old school wrestling fan so this is a definite buy for me and Uncle Joey to play. Plus you can import your already jacked up created character from SvR '09...sweet! Murderface vs. Koko B. Ware.

yeah I can't wait for this game, but sadly will have to until I find a new job. I can't wait for the classic ring music and entrances.
Ted Dibiase finally available and not as an unlockable.

I have to say that I am really disapointed with this game. I have bought every wrestling game in the last 20 years or so and I think I finally will stop. I barely play SVR 2009. I dowloaded this demo and I must say that the controls and gameplay completely suck. They are nothing like the SVR series. What is the point of having 2 games and 2 different control schemes? I pre-ordered this and I think I am gonna pass. Anyone planning on buying this should download the demo first. Just my 2 Lincolns worth.

Yeah I downloaded the demo as well and wasn't too impressed with the controls.
Off topic a bit, but my favorite wrestling game EVER was WWF No Mercy for N64. |

No way, Wrestlemania 2000 all the way. Same style game, but without all the bug issues No Mercy had.

I thought the original WWF Wrestlemania from '88 for the NES was classic, followed closely by this WCW game from '97 or so (the name escapes me but it was addictive as hell) and the first Rumble Roses.
I'll be stopping by Best Buy and getting Legends on my way into work tomorrow. I wasn't crazy about SVR2008 but I'm giving it another chance for Hulk, Piper, Rock, Andre and the gang. I'm also hoping they still have the Fallout 3 lunchbox edition for 30 bucks...
