I downloaded that game few years ago. Awesome. I just wish someone would hack it on a console like the Dreamcast

Scarlet and Flash really need to work on their target practice, can't be bothered to take a break and help the General.

I was wondering where that Snake Eyes sprite came from though. See it floating around Mugen games every so often.

I noticed that Clutch looked like Grunt, so I made a few small tweaks. Clutch changed his name to Grunt, so the Grunt on the Flagg became...

There were also some updates. At least I dont remember Sgt Slaugther as playable character.
