So I Finally Took Down Dracula In Castlevania For Original Nes And The Ending Of The Game Left Allot To Be Desired.
The Ghetto Crumbling Of The Castle Scene Just Didn't Do It For Me. After A Brief Pause It Spits You Right Back To The Start Of The Game, Ho-hum. Beating Those Game When I Was A Kid Always Gave Me A Sense Of Empowerment, Now I Can See What A Complete Waste Of Time They Are. Still A Guilty Pleasure. Ahhh.. Original Nintendo With Side Scrolling Action And Mind Numbing Music... Still The Best... Still The King |

I actually never beat this game, even after getting a copy of it for my gameboy. But isn't the 2nd mission the castle upside-down?

I was just playing the second one the other day on my top loading NES. No matter how cool my PS3 is, I can't go very long without playing some good ole NES. I probably play Mike Tyson's Punchout about once a week.

Punchout just isn't the same as Mike Tyson's Punchout. I know it's essentially the same character but it's not even the same experience... Ah, the memories of youth... :-)

Man, I break out the old NES and SNES all the time! A lot of those games graphics-wise didn't hold up over time graphically, but they still do gameplay-wise. Gotta love the classics. Too bad GI Joe couldn't get a great game during that time...

The 3 GBA Castlevania's and the 2 for the DS are pretty cool. They add RPG elements like EXP points and that type of leveling system. There's a new one for the DS coming out later this year.

I got a top loader at a yard sale a couple years ago. Still have it but Ebay prices are nice on them. I also would buy any NES I find at yard sale put the 72 pin in and then sell them on Ebay. I love yard sales.l
