McFarlane Toys Reveals NFL Legends Series 6

McFarlane Toys has posted new info for their upcoming NFL Legends Series 6 figures.

It's a long off-season for NFL fans, and McFarlane's SportsPicks are here to help with the announcement of our NFL Legends 6 lineup. This series includes six Super Bowl winners, seven Hall of Fame members, and two Heisman Trophy winners. NFL Legends 6 is positively loaded -- take a look at this powerhouse lineup:

Dick Butkus (Chicago Bears LB): 8-time Pro Bowler, two-time All-American at Illinois, Chicago's first-round pick in 1965 draft (3rd pick overall)

Tony Dorsett (Dallas Cowboys RB): 1976 Heisman Trophy winner, four-time Pro Bowler, rushed for 1,000 yards 8 times, 16,293 yards from scrimmage makes him 10th all-time

Phil Simms (New York Giants QB): Super Bowl 21 MVP, completing 22 of 25 passes to set a record for SB pass completion percentage, 268 yards and 3 touchdowns

Marcus Allen (Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders RB): 1981 Heisman Trophy Winner, NFL Rookie of the Year 1982, six-time Pro Bowler, Super Bowl 18 MVP, 3rd-most rushing touchdowns in NFL history (123)

Jerome Bettis 2 (Pittsburgh Steelers RB): Six-time Pro Bowler, 5th-leading rusher of all time

Steve Young (San Francisco 49ers QB): One of two Quarterbacks to win six NFL passing titles, threw six touchdowns and was named MVP of Super Bowl 29, seven-time Pro-Bowler, two-time NFL MVP

Each figure will have a rare version with a sequentially numbered base as part of the Collector Level program, and the series will expand to include new versions of three previous NFL Legends figures. Quarterbacks Randall Cunningham and Warren Moon will be available in their Vikings uniforms, while running back John Riggins will "go back to his roots" and don a New York Jets uniform.

NFL Legends 6 is expected to arrive in stores late this August, and will feature not only the Collector Level program, but also the fully sealed clamshell packaging. Stay tuned to Spawn.com for final photography of this line and more news regarding upcoming SportsPicks products.
