Is anyone else constently finding problems with the manufacturing on Hasbro's 3 3/4 inch marvel figures? this inclues Marvel Universe, Wolverine movie, Iron Man movie, etc.? This includes joints that dont move properly, torsos on a permanent slant. I have had problems with every one of my marvel figures. now i havent had too many problems with many of the GI Joe figures. a few of the 25th anniversary but only 1 of the Rise of Cobra (1st rescue mission snake eyes). Has any one else had these problems and if possible how can i fix them?

Try dropping the figure into boiling hot water. It may soften the glue that's been applied just as bad as the paint.
What is with those things? I've only bought 1 or 2 to rip the hair off for customs. The quality control on these things is #@$%! |

The wrist joints on Lumberjack Wolverine cracked on me. At $8 a figure it was not worth buy a replacement and at $6 shipping it was not worth shipping it back to Hasbro for a replacement.

No problems beyond some sloppy paint apps. Yet.

I've had only one with a problem. Comic pack Cyclops. The shoulder socket wouldn't work with hinge part. I actually had to cut away part of it with a knife to get it to move. But they are certainly riddled with poor paint apps.

No construction problems for me, just pretty horrible paint all around. The Wolverine line has somewhat better paint though.
Last night I saw a Guardian(I think thats his name, the Alpha Flight dude) on a peg with no flesh paint on his face at all, it was jus all white except for the eyes. |

My Iron Man from the Iron Man/Goliath Walmart 2 pack has some leg issues where they are constantly bent to the right, makes him look like he's a dolphin or something.

Yupp. Goliath's arms won't budge, they are jammed / locked in place.
Also Jean Grey's hand fell off when I took her out of the package, just a straight up bad mold defect busted. Quality is fo shizzle on these things, but damn they are like comic crack for their coolness... Anyone else notice they use the same legs / torso / arms on almost every figure, just different paint ap's and different head / accessories?

No problems with me other than paint apps. My Venom legs don't move but I don't care, he's still a brick (a bad ass brick)

I gave up on the Marvel 3-3/4" figs. Compared to the Joes and Star Wars they just aren't worth it. Too Expensive, Too Few Accesories, Too Poor sculpting ~ and the lack of consistent scale and body style bugs the crap out of me.
