We won't know until the case appears in stores so we know the assortment. It could be a running change, it could be their own card like Modern & Classic Ms. Marvel.

At SDCC She was shown "wearing" the long hair, but had short hair and blonde hairpieces sitting next to her. So she's either going to have interchangeable hair, or we could be looking at up to three variants/running changes for her - Long haired "classic" Widow, short-haired "80's" Widow, and blonde-haired "Yelena Belova" Widow.
