If I'm looking for my GI Joe custom to have a nice vehicle that doesn't come with armed weapons. Would 3.75 inch GI Joe figure fit into a 1:18th scale diecast car or motorcycle?

Check ROSS or similar places. They often have 1:18 cars that are kinda slick for less than $15. I almost picked up a Range Rover, but I've got no room for a bunch of vehicles.
And yes, as 1:18 is the scale of the Joes. You may have some headroom/legroom issues but generally, they should fit. |

Motorcycles, generally yes. I've got a '36 Harley Davidson that looks a bit small for Joes, but that could be a combination of the bike being really small in real life and Maisto properly translating that and the fact that Joes are running in the 6' plus range of 1:18 scale. Maisto's Hayabusa doesn't have that issue, however.
As was said, the cars will most likely give you some kind of issue. |

You can find Motorcycles at Toys R Us that fit most 25th Joes.

The Maisto 1:18 scale they have at Walmart (less than $3 each) work perfectly with Joes. There was one I have only seen in a 4 pack, a black Yamaha street bike with red Japanese letters. Looks like a pretty awesome ride for Snake Eyes.
