Did anyone have any of these? Trying to find info on them. I knew about some of them but I found one called "Zero Gravity" that I never heard of. Was it the last of and like many other toys never makes it to shelves but can get it overseas type of deals?

First or second movie? Second movie I know they cancelled the toys. They were made by a small not known company. They showed a jet, alien ship and a gun. None of them made it out as far as we know.

First. That second was a god awful piece of crap. You dont make a sequal for a movie 20 years after the first.

I can only think of one instance in which they did and I enjoyed it- Mad Max: Fury Road.

Im not sure I would consider that a sequal except by name. None of the characters are the same that I remember.

Apologies for taking your thread off on a tangent, by the way. I have a tendency to do that.

I was on the fence with that myself, but as far as I know it's considered a continuation and not a reboot, and if it IS a reboot, it's still the only one I can think of that I liked. I'll also add I'd far rather re-watch it than Beyond Thunderdome. Don't get me wrong, I love it for nostalgic reasons, but it sure hasn't aged well.

What difference does it make whether the characters are the same? That's irrelevant to whether a movie is a sequel or not - which is solely determined by whether a movie is set in both the same universe and chronologically after another movie - which the Fury Road creator says it is. It's unquestionably a sequel.
And the Zero Gravity alien is just the gray repaint, apparently. https://www.ebay.com/c/1037375073 |
