Anyone of you guys use 1:16 Rc stuff for combining with your Joes or 3.75 figures? This year has been really quiet 1:18th scale wise. . . . .
I got a JJRC Man KAT1 (A German military truck) and stripped out the motor. Looks cool. --------------------- (1:16) M35 military truck I don't even know what this is but it looks cool. Russian Ural military truck The companies I found making the 1:16 stuff was WPL, JJRC, MZ Youtube channel showing the stuffs https://www.youtube.com/user/exareto...able_polymer=1 -------------------- I also found some 1:16 tanks from Heng Long, but those are pricey. Since I don't really have much to do this year because we're in the sale doldrums before Summer, I've been doing RC conversions on Bruder trucks with the rest of the guys in the shop. |

Going to be sacrilege but I ordered
and plan to make it over to look modern(camo, netting around the canopy, replacing the dual 50's with a single or minigun). Kinda sucks there isn't a modern 1/18 RC military boat out there yet. Last edited by SPECTER; 06-23-2019 at 06:47 PM.. |

There is an RC Lamborghini Urus in 1:16 scale and also a BMW i8 in 1:14.
The last I converted it into a Robocop Police cruiser. It's 1:14 but I think it fits 4'' figures perfectly.

They got pretty good stuff.
It's pretty cheap too, about $50 to $100 for an RC car is not bad. ($30 for a static Joe or Star Wars vehicle back in 2012 *COUGH) I actually started taking a look at RC vehicles when I realized that it's actually cheaper to buy a 1/16 T-72 Heng LOng RC tank than it is to build a 1/16 T-72 Tamiya MODEL KIT of one. |

Yes its cheap and they have nice products so far. I hope i can buy that ManKat soon enough, i want it to make it into a mobile command center.
Tamiya has Always been too expensive, might as well buy a cheap 1:16 Tank for customization. Quote:

I know this is an old thread but I just bought a Heng Long 1/16 static, non-RC model off eBay. I have a couple rc tigers and even a 21st century rc PZ IV. Has anyone else noticed these static models from heng long? They’re a lot cheaper than the rc version if you just want a good display piece and rc isn’t important to you. I got mine for $85 shipped. Kinda crazy because I bought my 1/16 King Tiger rc version back when they first started to sell them on eBay for $90 shipped.
