I'll put it this way... I've never had an issue go unresolved. But there have been issues almost 50% of the time. Then again, that 50% of the time was earlier on. I haven't had an error for a while.
My orders were never crucial to me so the errors and subsequent wait for correction never really impacted me in any serious way. The one thing that does grate on my nerves a bit - and I understand the impulse to do it - is that the standard response I got to errors was to add a note and they'd ship the correction with my next order. I get why they want to do that, but I think they don't see how bad that looks. First, why do I need to buy more stuff to get what I paid for last time? Second, are you that cocky to think there will necessarily be a "next order" from me...especially when you just got this one wrong? Even if you're probably right, don't assume anything. With that said, I've told them on more than one occasion that I don't know when my next order would be and that I would just like the correction sent now and they have obliged. In my experience this "next order" thing is just an optics problem based on their desire to avoid eating postage costs. But it does look tacky and gives customers the wrong impression. Having never had any other contact with them, that's my only complaint about how they run their shop.

I bet in situations where there is a mess up, they would be willing to correct it without needing to order more items. I think it is more of a suggestion, but I get what Zap is saying about the wording. Jason |

So they pretty much screw up all the time with orders on their own website?

I have had good ordering experiences from Marauder John as well. So far I seem to always get an extra rifle or some other piece of gear with my orders. The quality of the figures is top notch and affordable. They have warned me when shipping was going to be a couple weeks and I am more happy to wait a little bit if necessary. They have stepped into a vacuum in the 1:18 scale world and are doing stellar work.

No issues here, either. Love MTF!

I have had problems with my orders, but it was with a small single low digit percentage of parts I have ordered. I do tend to order in large batches, so the chances of a human error is higher than those ordering only a single figure and parts at a time. They have always been willing to remedy it; no questions asked, and they have always been very responsive.
I will continue to give them money as long as they continue to release new amazing parts and keep up as they have been doing. I'll take a human error with human touches over some automaton robot any day of the week. |

Never had any problems with my orders and they've been generous with the free gifts.
