So I took a leap of faith into something new and ordered a complete wave of Shodo Kamen Rider action figures from Japan. Honestly, I couldn’t be more pleased with them. The articulation is great, the deco is good, and they are not nearly as cheap feeling as I would have expected from a candy toy that sells in Japan for less than $5. My only gripes are that the interchangeable hands are a little fiddly, the articulation is not as well hidden as we are used to in American toys, and the foot peg hole is some rectangular shape that is not compatible with any stand of which I am familiar. The price is right too, as I got six figures shipped from Japan for less than $50 USD.
They scale pretty well with most other 1/18 lines. The wave: Kamen Rider: Also Kamen Rider: I don’t know much about the lore of Kamen Rider, but the bad guys belong to a group named Shocker, or one of its various incarnations. Like any good villains, they are apparently Neo-Nazis (of a sort) Shocker Combatman: Dai-Shocker Combatman: Gel-Shocker Combatman: Destron Combatman: Accessories: Back peg hole: Foot peg hole: The figure stands included are interesting.. the figure’s foot slides down into a horseshoe opening. It will support some pretty crazy poses and offers storage for the alternate hands. Scale Comparison:

I collect these, and love them. They've started making sets that include the motorcycles and those are really nice quality for the price too.
You can buy singles on Rakutan btw, though they tend to dry up a bit after the new wave comes out. |

Either way, you will need a Paypal account and you will have to signup for store accounts. Ami Ami is super finicky with credit cards requires you to come back and pay but it usually has the most stock.
