3 days till this ends, so 0/23/18 end?
$44,000 out of $150,000 is not a good sign. Probably failure to fund it is then. |

It definitely doesn't look good, which is too bad, I was hoping this would succeed. I wanted to pledge, had my choices picked and everything, but life kinda got in the way. I hope they try again.

They have a plan b. I think that a different initial character selection (more golden age characters) and having some of the other products shipped and in-hand should make a big difference in getting this funded.

I feel bad for this KS. I’m just not interested in these characters enough to back it. Ive been looking forward to the Heroes and Villains line way more. Just so much more I can use.

I want them to hold off until Eagle Force (and Adventure people?) are delivered, even if that means sitting on their hands until it happens.

As much as I want this stuff, I agree. Quality product in hand will make people more confident in backing.

They should have overloaded on free digital comics. That is a big fail IMO. The line up is pretty ok, going so heavy into Savage Dragon is banking on Larson bringing the numbers, but he seems to be box office poison these days.
The Black Terror looks super sweet though! That would have gotten my ducats. Not comics, but The Lightning from The Fighting Devil Dogs should always be on Public Domain products radar. https://i.stack.imgur.com/Ti3Eb.jpg Last edited by Bubbavader; 09-21-2018 at 04:27 AM.. |

I think like MTF, Boss Fight and to an extent AWOK that they have to get product (ie Eagle Force) into the hands of the customers and build from there. I realize that EF delay and expiring rights to some of the Amazing Hero properties pushed them to launch Kickstarter before EF shipped. This though has hurt them in my opinion.
