Apparently I'm supposed to put micro plastic infested water into soil to prevent the plastic from getting into our tap water and floating around for hundreds of years.
It's true a lot of the Elite Force figures I tested have failed micro plastics tests and now I got tubs full of micro plastic infested water. A lot of toy-lines fail this test, which is part of the reason why we do the water test to ferret them out. BUT we're IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CITY!! SOIL WHERE? How do Environmental groups expect me to dispose of micro plastics that way. Ah geez, gives me headaches just thinking about it, I guess I should pray not too much of the stuff is going into the tap water supply? |

Are you concerned about being in compliance with law, or doing the right thing?
If you care about doing the right thing, you should probably talk to some conservation type group who can provide guidance. If you are talking about compliance with the law, you won't get a proper answer here. A similar issue, is pools in Austin Texas can't backwash directly into the City storm drains. But, they can discharge 1 inch away from the storm drain onto soil, and they are in compliance. The intent was for the soil to filter the water, but in practice, that doesn't always happen. |

I think what they expect us to do is dump the water on a lawn or something. But do they not understand how much water we need to dispose of? Not only is water heavy and that would create mud everywhere, we are in the middle of the city where the buildings have no lawns and have ordinances against standing water to prevent mosquitoes? |

Why are you putting your toys in tubs of water? Are you testing for kids or yourself? What test are you using?
