I went by mine and the only thing they seemed full up on was True Heroes. They were absolutely overflowing with those. Big stacks of C-130s and patrol boats.

Tru deserves to go out at least the high level execs that put money” per fucking usual” before the company and didnt care to do anything while it crumbled b4 their eyes for almsot the last 20 years they gouged prices had shitty return policies caused by bad customers . I heard the liquidation sales at Toys R Us are awful. 5% discount on the best stuff, 10% on some of it, and almost nothing good discounted at 20%.

When they put up that big banner ad for up to 30% discounts, what they mean is they discounted pink pieces of paper and stationary in the back of the Baby section.

Do not cry too much for the current Toys R Us, because remember, the jerks who drove it into the ground are still in charge. They benefit, from every dollar you spend on Toys R Us currently. Cry for the memory, not the current Frankenstein they own.

Cant agree more, I have been going about every other day just to see how its all gonna play out. I dont really wanna be a "vulture" and pick up stuff for like 70% off, but I have been taking my kids to enjoy the last days and also to remember the fun TRU.

But damn man this "sale" is total bullshit. I mean I honestly wont even drive there for 20% off, thats no sale thats a coupon at best. what I find interesting is that people are buying stuff! I mean man cant everyone just wait for it actually go down in price? 2-5 dollars off is hardly a reason for anything to be flying off the shelf.
2 items I am looking at is that big TH copter the u51 or whatever its called, but not a real good deal on it at least now.

the other is that big wwe belt which are gone at my TRU but i dont see why it was hardly discounted at all! smh idk I just dont see the value in the "sale" right now. everything is prob gonna end up at ross anyway.

The sales go up each week similar to the first 200 stores that are towards the end of the liquidation process (50% to 70% off the crap that's left). So, you can wait to buy the good stuff at a higher mark down the following week if someone hasn't already gotten it at the current 5%/10%.
