So, apparently, Hasbro has released 5" Infinity War figures.
https://marvelousnews.com/news.php?c...2&itemid=22780 Anyone else feeling deja vu? Seems like what's occurring nowadays with action figure sizes is very similar to what occurred in 70's/80's/90's, only in a more compressed time-frame. We are apparently doomed to cycle through toy line scales for all eternity, constantly growing and shrinking and growing again. Last edited by SmokeBellew; 02-16-2018 at 01:32 AM.. |

Wow, those look like crap.
Also, Thor has no eye patch. Does that mean he gets better? |

As far as crap goes, they feel a lot like the super hero action figures we got back in the day. I'd say they're even a bit better than Super Powers and definitely better than Secret Wars and those horrible little statues that passed for toys in the 90's. |

These are 6". The case even says so. And they look like the 6" stuff we've been getting the past year for Marvel.

In fairness, the article says 5'' repeatedly, and if you don't think to watch the video, you won't see the 6'' on the case box. I'm not real pleased there's still no apparent 4'' product line, but at least it looks like they aren't rolling out yet another new scale.

Let's be real, though...
IF Hasbro was to do a 4" scale kids line for Avengers..it would be the same kind of 5 POA stuff we got with Age of Ultron. All considered, I think fans are coming out ahead with this approach.

Do you have them in hand and know for sure they're 6"? I ask because the article states 5" and maybe they're actually smaller in person despite what the case says. Either way, I suppose it's no skin off of my dick. I'm not buying them regardless.

Like the current Black Panther figures out now and the previous Guardians/Avengers/Spider-Man collections, this children-oriented line fall short of 6 inches (around 5.5 inches).
i had picked up the Age of Ultron 5 POA figures and would buy this exact same Avengers Infinity War line if it were in 3.75/4 inch scale.
