My figure came in today. It was “Jack” that I had ordered.
I wanted the T-Shirt & Blue Jeans figure for a possible custom. I also plan to see what it looks like with a bare chested Hacks figure. The compatibility with Hacks is an encouraging feature of this line. I’ve read about the paint wear on the wrists & ankle joints and I can confirm that. When I moved the feet and hands the paint from those joints is gone and you can see the white mold of the joints. I might consider swapping out the hands & feet due to this. The head sculpt is nice but the paint tone is noticeably off from that of the neck. Overall I’m glad I ordered it as I think it will serve its purpose as a base for a custom. Judging the figure as it is I’d give it a 7 out of 10. Not bad but this could have been a 10 with some attention to detail.

My 5 humans team pack came today - Banner, Jack, Keanna, Robin and Marian. Boxes crushed like everyone else, but overall I'm pretty satisfied with the figs. Even the paint and joints seem to be ok. Figs do seem to be a hair bigger (scale-wise) than Joe and MTF, especially the ladies, but that would my only gripe.

I want to add that my box arrived in perfect condition.
A large box with a lot of padding containing just one figure packaged inside. Props to Big Boy Collectibles for that. Then all that packaging including all the Zombie Lab stuff went into my recycle bin....

Has anyone tried customizing any of these yet?
I've ordered some, mainly for the police officers, but also a couple of others for customs. I was wontering, if you can easily split the torso and exchange the arms for Joe arms, and if hands, feet and heads from Joes will fit? |

Hands and feet will probably need the pegs shaved down to work.

Ouch, it sounds like it'll be quite the challenge. I haven't had any BFS figures yet, so i wasn't aware of the major difference.

Yeah, there's no real swap-compatibility between BFS and Joes beyond the hips and even that takes a bit of work. Maybe some of the Joe knees will have similar-sized pegs.

So I picked up the Asian character Ryan, and the Zombie cop from big boy collectables.
Wow!!! These are awesome!!! Now I'm regretting not going in in the Kickstarter. These are some great figs. Does anyone know what the "bare lumbar spine" body part is? One looks like a skinny torso with a lumbar spine sticking out of it. The socket for that piece only fits on a neck post. It doesnt fit on the torso post, as that ball is too big for that socket. Anyone know how that piece is supposed to work? That piece came with the Zombie cop.
