I got my all-in earlier this week, and I'm not even halfway through opening them all and seeing all sorts of QC issues (aside from the well-documented paint rub problems). Has this been a problem for anyone else?
So far:
Once I get the rest of my stuff (just shipped) and open it all, I'm going to send Locker Toys an email to get this sorted out, but it's disappointing that so many figures have issues. I did note that those Zombie torsos have trouble connecting with the waist joints, which I think could be a result of using a "survivor" torso cover piece. I was able to get a better fit by heating the cover piece and getting it fully stretched over the joint socket, then (while still warm) fitting the ball in as deep as possible. The business suit lady Zombie had a similar fit issue. Overall, I think the defect rate is comparable to Boss Fight's first round or the MTF Val shipments. I remember having quite a few incorrect parts and improperly molded joints from Boss Fight, while I've found Marauder's recent figures to have more joint problems and cracking/separating torsos. As long as Zombie Lab is good about replacements, I'm fine with the occasional issue on figures.

I'd also like to chime in and state that the overall quality is excellent, and equal to the first BFS and MTF Kickstarters.
The detail in sculpting and even the creative reuse of parts in between figures is something that other companies can learn from. Also, this has to be the first company that I know of that provides us with civilian figures in a ME format. And not enough praise has been given for the excellent accessories that come with the figures. The handguns and shotguns are really awesome, and certainly better than some of Hasbro's more recent offerings. The bladed weapons and blunt weapons like the wrench and bat are also just superb, and all are painted up with blood splatter and wipes. Just great stuff all around accessory wise. One can however debate the decision of using so many painted parts, especially the painted rivets of the elbow and ankle joints, which leads to paint chips or paint stripping. Though I guess this is something they're going to want to fix for the next series. |

The same was not understood or explained badly ... things of the translator. When I said that it is above average in quality, it was because of what we expected with the photos and its promotion with better painting. Exactly there is where more There are some defects, probably due to the rush. Some zombie heads do not have their eyes painted ... some parts are not sanded ... the joints suffer ... and I still like them, but I expected more, coming by Boss Fight. Maybe we have changes that you will like, for the next series of Zombie Lab😎

Wish they were quicker at shipping out the figures. Still no sign of a shipping notice for me.

To those who got their figures already - does Bane suffer from joint paint rub as well? or is the figure base molded black?
thanks!

I haven’t received anything yet.
I emailed them and got no response. Am I the only one missing their shipment?

I have received the all-in portion but not the extra items that I added to it. My all-in says shipped (partly). This makes sense with the way they shipped the all-ins as they used the factory boxes that were already packed and ready to ship. I think they now have to amass different sized boxes and work their way through packing them.

If you have trouble fitting a BFS chest into the abdominal socket as the peg 'is too short'; your first resort should be to heat the chest to remove the peg ball, insert the pegball into the abdominal socket, then put the chest onto the pegball to cool in place. Any difficulties connecting a chest to an abdomen are pretty much entirely due to microscopic depth differences when the pegball is inserted into the cooling chest after being pressed out of the mold. As assembly of the upper and lower takes place afterwards the pegball doesn't always cool to the exact depth the socket needs it to be.
