Lol, as if we get 'nothing more than our hope' with KS campaigns. Hell, half of us could probably tell you the creator's home addresses and work schedules after PMing them and simply asking nicely if we don't already have it all in our Contacts lists. Today is nothing like ye olden molden days of yore.

I asked on Facebook for a status update on Hell Screamerz. I got a message from Solomon providing his cell number. He asked me to give him a call, and we spoke a couple hours about the KS, current issues, the action figure business in general, and the future of HS. He followed up with screencaptures of 3D models process, for the SYPDER mechs which have been announced. For us fans who are understand we are expecting products from humans with the same limits as ourselves, and not corporations with millions in cash, we stand to not be disapppointed, but be thrilled with the engagement and products we have gotten and will get. |

Well ... they have not arrived yet, and I'm a little disappointed
I just saw some friends who already have them, and although their quality of sculpting is excellent(Thanks,Boss Fight), their numerous failures, for some figures that sold you "de luxe", especially with the way they are painted, leave me a little disappointed, and doubting for next waves (the one that is not Alex Wu, also makes me doubt) Loose paint, with joints in the joints that the painting falls ... burrs in arms without sanding ... very tight joints, which endanger the figure ... I know we got them at a good price on the kickstarter, but the following ones at those prices are not worth the quality, or so it seems. |

For those of you who have them, about how long was it between the "your order has been received and will be processed" email and when you were told they shipped?

Perhaps people have had some better experiences with some of the 1:18 kickstarters and preorders. I haven't seen any evidence of it (particularly with the Zombie line, who aren't really communicative even now). And it's all delays, delays, delays. Mythic Legions, MOTUC, Zombie, etc. seldom come close to hitting the projected dates. I think the kickstarter / preorder action figure customer base has become accustomed to a pretty poor level of service (although a very high level of product). I'm not saying that's true of every creator, but it's true of the some of the more prominent ones.
