I noticed BBTS has a few SDCC exclusives up for preorder already. I wonder if they'll have it.

I went to the con today aswell, it was pretty cool, never been to one before. I did accomplish my mission and get a MISB Gen 1 Thrust for less than 100.00, 90.00 to be exact, unapplied stickers, still sealed on blister backing, very nice. Also had a child world/children's palace price tag on it. I can't decide to remove it or not. You know nostalgic reasons. I couldn't believe the price variations had going on, it was crazy. I saw some character who wanted 100.00 for the KO beachcomber???? WTF. He actually had it labeled Chinese Knock off 100.00? For beachcomber??? I bought a Thrust circa 1985, complete, for 90.00??? Can anyone explain that to me? Also a couple of crazy asses has sqwauk talk and beast box carded for 250.00, . . . the card was warped? They were rare, and are a bit rarer now, but come on 250.00, they're on drugs. Then someone had a loose but with box Fortress Maximus complete for 250.00. Fort Max is the holy grail of U.S. Transformers, and this guy only wanted 250.00? I was stymied? Oh well, I got what I came for I could give a crap. I recommend a botcon to anyone who lives within radius to it, but as a whole it's a little weak. It's nothing compared to SDCC. Way too many people @botcon and not nearly enough space. It was great though to meet those guys from Big Bad Toy Store, they said Wave 5 vehicles expected end of next week. They said 7 packs, that my guess was as good as theirs. At least it wasn't raining or crazy hot though. I give the experience a solid B or 85%. Well, here's looking forward to SDCC.

I know which guy you are referring to that had that Chinese Knock-off. Wasn't sure what his deal was AND he was kinda weird.
The guy at Mooby's was an ASS! He wanted $45 for a RID Ruination and I offered $30. He flat out refused and when I asked him what his best was he responded with "we have to palletize this all up and bring it home" HUH?? Dude, WOULD have paid more but I wanted to make a deal! The guys at BBTS were pretty cool and rather busy throughout both days. Did you see the guy with the black and red Thundercats T-shirt running back and forth all day? That was me |

No but stylin on-line had some great new thundercats shirts, they had one with all of them on it, including Pumyra, Lynx-o, and Ben-Gali. Did you see that? If you haven't been to SDCC and are planing on going, be prepared to be blown away.
