Nice to see a few modern vehicles in the lineup, but Christ I wish they would cut it out with the World War 2 shit. I still see tons of WW2 and Vietnam stuff on the shelves years after it was put out doing nothing but collecting dust.

Dude, WWII is soo F-ing played out. These crap ass toy companies think that they're giving people semis by issuing these tired ass "CLEVER" repaints of aircraft. This is the equivalent of some shmuck feeding you the same dish comprised of spam chunks and cauliflower for dinner everyday for 5 straight years and thinking you'll be impressed just because he gives this plate of puke a different name every day. It's about time someone woke up from this coma. |

Several molds they shouldn't even bother with. I'd easily bet 1/2 of this stuff never sees the light of day, but we'll see.
Funny thing, i remember modern stuff clogging shelves just as badly as WWII. |

I'd love to have that huey.
There are endless possibilities: Stalker, Storm Shadow, Snake-Eyes leaving the drop zone on the huey diorama. Snake-Eyes' accident. When I was a kid, I wanted a Huey to play Joes with....man that's cool. |

It's crazy though, just a few years back, all the 1/18 companies were basically saying none of the 3 modern jets that JSI is releasing had a chance in hell at release. I hope that with the revitalization that 1/18 will go through, that Admiral Toys releases their F-4, BBI actually releases something, and we see Tomcats/Flankers/Eagles a-plenty from JSI. I love the Strike Hen, but I'd love to see a C model, and Hiko Kyodotai F-15DJ in dark green/blue camo. For the Tomcat, I want to see VF-1 Wolfpack. Then a F-14B Grim Reapers with red fins(anyone remember this?). VX-4 playboy bunny is a must. I want the SU-30 black/white/grey camo for the SU-27, I hope a single seater, or SU-30MKI version is made eventually. The MKI rules. |
