The OG13 came out terrific Mr Hebime! It shows off both your creativity and the power of MTF's catalog. I would definitely use all of your creations as a personal template to recreate my own OG13, as your selection of parts is exceptionally good and the cast looks great! ;-)

I was just on the website and saw the green with black trim but not the green with brown trim. Are they just out of stock right now, or were they Kickstarter exclusives or something? Is there a checklist somewhere of all of the figures they’ve made? I don’t think I saw the body you used for Stalker either, now that I’m thinking about it.

Those look great! I'm wondering if a duller, matte finish is possible with MTF figures when building stealthier figures like recon or sniper figures where reflective surfaces are typically eliminated so as not to risk detection.
Is there a way to matte down the reflectivity of the plastic MTF seems to use on the buck when hit with the camera flash? Or is the shine from a gloss clearcoat of sorts? The forearm and shin guards on the right figure, the holsters/shealths, and the hats on the left and right figures are about the only parts not reflecting the light of the flash, but is it possible to matte out the main body of the figure without having to repaint the entire thing? Can a wash or a sort of matte clearcoat sprayed over the stock paintjob do the trick? Last edited by edgecrusher; 01-21-2018 at 04:01 AM.. |
