Does anyone have any of the new Black Ops Phantom Team figures in hand? I'd like to know if those incredibly shaggy coats are removable.

Hey All - Just posted a quick, high level review gallery of the B2.Five Moose Laurel. This thing is all sorts of fun.

Got an e-mail from BBTS, they have a couple new pre-orders up for Acid Rain. They come with a bunch of extra gear, surprised the price isn't much higher with all the gear that is included.

This thread's gone quiet since April, but there's been a lot of cool Acid Rain stuff at retail and revealed at shows. The creator Kit Lau has just posted a ton of photos from the Taipei Toy Festival this week.

Been digging some of the stuff that's coming out soon, especially the Stealth group. I just ordered some figures from the PIA Club. Its the first time I've ordered from them but there prices were much better than I saw domestically. Fingers crossed that it works out.
I really like the larger robot in the third picture you posted and that group of three "New Forces." I hope all of those figures make it to retail soon. Is there a difference between Oritoy and Toy Alliance? It seems like they're both making Acid Rain figures but appear to be different companies.

Oritoy is a very small company that Acid Rain creator Kit Lau partnered up with to make his toys when he/they launched the line. But I imagine that because of their limited capacity, resulting in a slow pace of releases in the early years, he then partnered up with the larger Toys Alliance to start producing the line (early this year or last year, I can't remember I've lost track of time). Since then both companies have been releasing Acid Rain product, but am not sure what the plan going forward is as to whether that will continue (and if so which company is making what) or if it will all move over to Toys Alliance. |

Isn't Ori making the 18ths and TA the 24ths?
