Jesus christ... that's why to much to spend on a single item...
I'd expect it to be gold plated... Goddamn... If you have that much disposable income in these economic times...

At the risk of sounding like a complete jerk......I don't get it. What's so cool about Transformers? Is that rare or something....why so expensive? You could have bought a lot of cool Joe stuff with that money. Either way, if TF are your thing that's cool. But man that is a lot of loot for one item.

Wow, I'm not crazy about your choice to use the Lords name in vain......twice. I don't like seeing that.

Rare? Yes, very much so. There are only three known U.S. released sealed Silverbolts in this condition. I could have bought a bunch of Joe stuff with the money, but I enjoyed Transformers as a kid just as much as I enjoyed Joes. I still have a handful of high grade Transformers I am still looking for, so when I see one come up for sale, I really must grab it or I may never get another chance at that particular item again.
Seriously, I wish I had that kind of money to throw around. I'd get a FLAGG, a WHALE, a TBP, a Death Star....yeah, I'm jealous. I missed the whole TF thing. It just went completely over my head. It's a car....now it's a robot.....now it's a car again. I'm a sucker for Joe and Star Wars (or any 70's figures) but Transformers and He-Man...not so much. Congrats Mr. money bags. |
