I had the F-14, as a Christmas present from my older brother. I loved that thing. Even the little pilots could come out. Mine were Maverick and Goose of course. Days upon days of fun!!!

F-14 Tomcat--Jolly Rogers, Sun Downers
F-15 Eagle --Top Hatters F-16 Falcon F-18 Hornet--Black Knights APACHE Helicopter I picked up the tomcat first and I havn't been able to put it down. It would be perfect for the USS FLAGG. Wings are manual but swing together, the joystick base clips into the back of the aircraft. The sound chip is nice and loud if you find one working. The aircraft has a cockpit, I have no idea what the figure/s look like, but Lego figures fit great and look proportional. I was thinking, if this had an attatchment for a wii controller or some other game system, this would rock. Anyways, given this scale, GI JOE 2, could easily be incorporated into the line, but still stand on its own. |

I had the Wildcats Tomcat but mistakenly inserted the gear wrong when I was younger. I should've taken better care of my Tomcats. Had the Sundowners, and then 2 with light up guns on the front, either from Hasbro, a company owned by them, or a KO, quality was the exact same but while they had guns, they lacked Phoenix missles. One I had was a blue Sundowners, the other was a green camo Marine Tomcat. The white one was US Air Force and looked like a Sky Striker in deco. Anyone remember these? They were at KB Toys/K&K Toys in the early 90's. |

Very small? Not to me. They were quite big compared to their pilots. The ROC Raven had a fold in joystick, the joystick on these is completely detachable. Also the Raven was small compared to it's Air Viper figure, whereas these Flying Fighters toys weren't as out of scale.
