I don't know, I've been getting this "vibe" as of late. Could something be in the works? Is it just wishful thinking?
I don't think the Matt Trakker figure was anything more than a tribute but... who knows? Anyhow. I, for one, would love to see some of those vehicles re-released. Maybe with pre-applied stickers and a few upgrades here and there (like they've done for some 25th anniversary vehicles). While there isn't a big following for it and there'd be no toon to support it, the brand does have an advantage: the toys are damn fun to play with. Plus, kids dig cars. And transforming stuff. Lastly, I'm thinking the pricepoint wouldn't be high at all. Sign me up!

Well the thing is, if they went with rereleases, you couldn't use them with GI Joe, as they were different scale. However I would really love to see some new MASK vehicles whichever way they decide to go.

Would love to see it, but other than Matt Trakker what is giving you this "vibe"?

Oh, for the record: I wasn't trying to say Hasbro would/should re-release M.A.S.K. toys as part of the Joe line, at all.
I meant M.A.S.K. on its own! Same old size as the vintage line, nothing to do with joes :P

I would LOVE to see a straight up re-release of all the old MASK and VENOM vehicles. I wonder if Kenner still had all the molds when Hasbro absorbed them? The Matt Trakker figure was a nice nod to the old line but I'm sure Hasbro is not seriously entertaining the thought of reviving that old line, cool as it would be to us. G.I. Joe and MASK were pretty much the biggest toy lines I had back in the day...

They would probably come window-boxed this time around...
Not like it'd be a bad thing. They could even release them in "battle packs" format (1 MASK vehicle against 1 VENOM vehicle, for example)
