As a sophistaced, modern, multi-line collector, one must be willing to make monetary concessions to invest in a particular line in order to trade it for another line at a later point. Yes, the modern collector has his work cut out for him, but if he's a real go getter then he'll be just fine.
Did that come across line one of those funny 50s educational videos or not? Yes, I hoped I'd fit in here. ;)

Especially TMNT. I knew there was going to be a random line I was going to collect this year that I did not anticipate. I guess I found it. Also, thanks for the goth Rogue. She was good, but a bit sour tasting.

Question for the group...
What is a figure line that you never thought you would collect, but once you started you couldn't stop.

Haha, yes, then I can communicate well on occassion! Success!
..but I think I still my ring of power. I had a feeling this could be a great year for action figures, and it looks like all my money will be going to my collecting this year and none to guitar. That's okay. I'm going to spend a lot of time trying to get Transformers Prime FE figures, ML variants/running changes, MU two packs and variants (ugh), Ninja Turtles classics, Star Wars TVC (mostly ROTJ outttakes which look awesome!) and CW.. oh man, I think I should have went for that manager job at work after all.. lol. For me? Definitely Star Wars.. and there was a time when I never thought I would collect G.I. Joe either. MU really sucked me into the 1/18th scale, before I was all about Marvel Legends. Transformers is the oppposite, I was really big into it in my youth and moved away from it, but not superheroes. Although I should have known with G.I. Joe b/c I had 12" figures as a kid.
