who knows we might get more "2 for $10" sale later on the coming months as the movie comes out. just like RoC when it went on sale. $5.50 each figure ain't such a bad price.
man. 7% sales tax.

The lowest Sales Tax I've seen is 4% in Virginia. Maryland is 4.5%, which isn't bad either. Two best places for me to pick up stuff when I'm on the road during the holidays. Beats the hell out of 8.25% here in Texas and 9.25% in Tennessee.

I was thinking about making my own Hall of Armor, but I might as well wait for this. Hopefully it's coming out soon.

I would say there is a more than 90% chance of seeing a "2 for $10-ish" type sale at some point. Just about any movie toy has seen a decent sale. $6.99 isn't bad, though, after the MU prices...

Most Tax comparisons are kinda pointless, really. Generally if you have a high sales tax in your state, you tend to pay less in other areas (Property taxes, miscellaneous fees, etc...), while if you have a low (or no) sales tax, chances are you pay through the nose on property taxes and other "state/county fees." So basically it tends to balance out (more or less) in the end.

Also, about the Movie War Machine, I know he comes with a missile launcher for one of the shoulder cannons. What I'd like to know is if he comes with a normal cannon to put in it's place. I hate missile launchers. Also seen a Mark VI with an LED light in the chest. Does it lose the mid torso joint?
The "unmasked" version of War Machine coming later in the year does not have a launcher, or more accurately has the (non-functioning) missile launcher pod on the left shoulder instead of the oversized shoulder-launcher of the first release. It's unknown whether this version will come with either a removable helmet or swappable head to create a "fully suited" War Machine but I'm betting it probably will. The light-up Mark VI does not have a mid-torso joint. However there's a non light-up version of the Mark VI out as well with full articulation. (The light up feature on the one that has it is pretty lame, anyway...) |

Anybody finding the IM2 movie figures anywhere other than Walmart? I'm talking about the IM Mark VI, War Machine movie-fig, etc. I dont' have easy access to Walmart, but have been to TRU and several Targets. So far no sign of that particular wave in my area.

I've seen some of this wave at Target. They were already cleaned out of War Machines, though.
