I'm pretty sure Storm (with her mohawk, no less) is going to be in the next wave of Secret Wars packs. I think we can count on Nightcrawler and Beast at some point. Nightcrawler could probably be made with at least some existing parts so he seems likely. Beast may require all new tooling, so he might take awhile. I have to say, Beast is probably the character I want most right now.

I want Nightcrawler asap. Is the Wolverine Origins line continuing? It seems that many of the X-Men are appearing in that line. I picked up some more Marvel Universe figures recently but am being very selective. Finally got Electro but his paint app is a mess.

The Wolverine Origins line is done. Colossus and Logan were the last two figures. Next year, Iron Man and Spider Man are getting their own lines.

That's quite possible. I was mainly thinking in terms of tooling. Beast may have to be made totally from scratch, and I'm not sure how useful his mold would be for other figures down the line (at least the blue fur version). So we may see a delay for Beast from a purely practical, production standpoint.
But hey, I hope I'm wrong. I'd buy Beast today if I could. But anyway, I'm sure the mold creation isn't that big of a deal for one of the more popular X-Men. |

Based on what I've seen at stores, I'm relatively sure he was distributed in the same numbers as the original release of Bullseye (which was fetching 40 bucks at one point). I think it just didn't sell for as much because there are the SDCC and Secret Wars flame-on Torches available. This is all merely speculation on my part though.
The White-Glove Punisher is probably second-rarest, but that figure was so fugly you can probably still find it on shelves some places. |
