Has anyone found wave 5 at Walmart yet? I've seen a few reports of people finding them today in Northern Cali, Nevada and Houston, TX.

I saw the maroon/silver Iron Man, Iron Fist with an actual fist hand, and McFarlane Spider Man at Wal-Mart today. But for $8.44 ... PASS.

Marvel is a subsidiary of Disney. It's still going to be its' own separate company under the Disney umbrella. It's not just getting "merged" into the Disneyverse (or vice-versa). You might get "Spider-Mickey" or "The Inquackable Hulk" as exclusive toys in Disney theme parks, but it'll probably be manufactured by someone else. Six months from now, hardly anyone in the general public will remember that Disney owns Marvel. That's how little change we'll see. |

Well, that and if the next Marvel film will be a Disney/Pixar Creation. Heh... Sheesh, 4 billion dollars... Just think fellas, we could've pooled our money and maybe bought the rights to Crossbones and maybe US Agent. |

For sure. The real impact will be with all the licensing agreements that come to an end in the near future. Fortunately for Hasbro, they have until 2017 or something before they have to renegotiate.
